"The hotel is perfectly situated right inside Nagoya Chubu Airport T1, literally steps away. Our room was spotless, and the Hello Kitty themed room we booked was an absolute hit with our child. Chubu Airport itself has also become much more interesting to explore than before; the Boeing Aircraft amusement park is truly impressive and a must-visit. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities such as a complimentary printing/business corner and a self-service coffee area. I highly recommend having breakfast; it provides excellent value for money with great quality and a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!"

"Fast check in with self check in kiosk. Great location, room clean with normal amenities slipper, tooth brush but the bathroom is not very suitable for the elderly. It has a high step to get to the bathroom with a bathtub.It comes with breakfast and I enjoyed the breakfast very much . Thank you."

"I chose this hotel because it’s very close to the airport, and it offers free breakfast and an airport shuttle service, making it perfect for people catching early morning flights. The hotel staff are very polite, and I appreciate how attentively they serve the guests. The bed in the hotel room is very comfortable and great for sleeping."

"Its fantastic airport if you want the shortest distance to get a night or two accommodation. Opposite and walk via the train station, 1 station from airport. Big AEON mall the other side with nice foods, supermarket and shops."

"It was a short and easy ride on train from airport. Only about 10 min. The price was reasonable. The service was alright. Brealfast was alright. They have an onsen but we didn't use it. Our neighbors were loud in the morning and the walls were thin. Bed was smal but room was spacious. It was clean and convenient and that was most important."

"5 min walk from Tokoname station. Perfect if you have luggage and whatnot. Tokoname is also just 10 minutes away from chubu Centrair. Has manmade onsen so great for after a long days walk as well, complimentary breakfast included too."

"Wanted a non smoking room but only had a smoking room left Good thing is the room really not so smelly and with a little fabric freshener the place don’t have the cigarettes smell Wide spread for breakfast but taste ok only There’s actually shuttle service to the airport though it’s actually quite nearby Nice view of sunrise too"

"The location further then expected luckily have shuttle service to the airport terminal. The staff were friendly but slightly inexperienced. We arrive before noon, would appreciate they would do the check-in process first even though the rooms were not ready. As the hotel location is slightly far, when we return later in the evening, very tired, it took more then 30min to complete the check-in procedure. Kindly look into the process and provide a better check-in experience. Thanks"

"位置在常滑站步行約7分鐘，不難找。 可以從旅館步行到所有觀光點， 十分舒服 。旅館很乾淨，房間不多 ，雖然是公共厠所（與房間同層）和浴室，但不容易會和其他住客相撞，真的很像住在私家別墅般，設備也一應俱全 ， 屋主很友善也很主動協助幫忙。如果規劃在常滑散策觀光一天 也可考慮停留旅館住宿，享受如此寧靜的招財貓市，也可以往永旺夢幻樂園盡情逛逛購物，和在超市買東西回旅館煮食。旅館厨房應有的全有 ，包括調味料。 旅館附近也有大超市和幾間餐廳，也有很酷的咖啡店。"
