"We stayed for 4 nights with 2 rooms experience was poor. 1.cleannes not up to the mark. 2. Hot water is not coming for 2 days. 3. TV Remote is not available for all 4 days. 4. Fan making noise. 5.Some of the lights were not working. 6.Breakfast timings no information. we informed the staff repeatedly but no action."

Every stay feels special, and this one was no exception. The hotel graciously helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their hospitality always makes us feel at home. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. This visit was even more special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Bhavani D, the Reservation Team Leader, who went out of her way to arrange a complimentary cake for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day extra memorable. "hello, I visit tirupati every year since last 4yrs. and everytime I always make it a point to stay in best western hotel. the staff, people at reception are wonderful. the room is just right. small renovation required here and there in the room but still the price and comfort the hotel provides is just fabulous. I highly recommend people who are visiting tirupati for a day or 2 for darshan best western is the right place for you to stay."
