"Good location with a gorgeous view of the vast rice field from the room. Courteous staff. Neatly maintained spacious room with all amenities (refrigerator with more than enough snack/soft drink supply, ironbox, toiletries, hairdryer etc. Very well maintained bathroom with 24-hr hot water supply. Enough and more charging points. Well functioning ac. Excellent food. Very spacious and safe parking area."

"The location is good. The size is good. But the facilities are not that great. It's an old building, but renovated. The amenities are not up to the mark, when compared with the rates they charge. The breakfast is very limited. At this price they should provide buffet breakfast. The parking is far away from the property. Overall it's just average stay with exorbitant rates. It's better to avoid."

"Food quality is good but service slow and erratic though courteous. A bit too expensive.
The above comments are for in room dining.
I did not eat at the restaurant.
Room has no ironing board and iron and no hair dryer.
AC vents should be directed to ensure even cooling of room.
Quality of service is good and staff are very genial, accessible and go out of the way to help.
Front desk managers are great. Security staff very helpful.
Wi fi and net connectivity leaves much to be desired. We stayed 8 days and each day ( often many times in a day) , the user name, even room number and password changes.
Toilets and bath good.
Laundry very expensive.
Over all it gives value for money and any day I would return for a stay.
Over all happy compared to other hotels in the class except Hyatt Regency.
