"Good: Friendly welcoming staff. Very clean room. Cozy. Good hot shower. Location within numerous good restaurants. Breakfast + : nice waffles, yogurt, bananas, muffins, orange juice. Not good: swimming pool was not operational, very sad! (and it was not mentioned on booking platforms). Breakfast - : cold eggs, terrible sausage, no vegetables, other kinds of juice than orange. If the swimming pool worked and breakfast didn't have those negative things I mentioned, the place would've been perfect."

"My husband and I take an annual trip.to Frankenmuth, Mich around Christmas time each year. We usually spend a fortune to stay in the town of Frankenmuth. We decided to stay outside of Frankenmuth and found the Springhill Suites in Saginaw, MI, about 20 min. from our destination. We were so pleasantly surprised by tbe accommodations. The suite was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly - even after locking ourselves out of our room twice. They were attentive and even offered restraunt suggestions. Tbe breakfast offered a great selection - sausage, rggs, waffles, juice, cereal, pastries etc. In addition, the hotel overall abd lobby was clean and very pretty. The only issue, which is minimal, was the pool size. It was a bit small. However, the hot tub was large and very relaxing. The price we paid for a 2 night stay in a beautiful suite at the Springhill Suites in Saginaw would not have covered one night in a standard hotel room in the town of Frankenmuth. I will look for this particular hotel during our future travels. They did everything right. "
