The hotel service is extremely bad. When seeing Chinese people, most of the front desk staff and waiters didn't even smile and were indifferent throughout the whole process. The hotel restaurant is even worse. I sat down in advance and emphasized three times that I had to catch a flight. As a result, the foreigners who came later were served, but not me. Exceptional service and hospitality shown by staff and owner. They took the extra mile to ensure your comfort and needs are met. View from terrace was perfect; overseeing the Uchisar castle. Bfast was not the usual buffet spread but everything was served to your table. Will definitely come back!
