"I absolutely love this hotel! It’s super convenient since it’s directly linked to the airport terminal. The room is so spacious and instantly gives you that relaxing vibe. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming too! I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone!"
"If you're traveling and have booked a hotel far from the airport, don't worry—Hotel 11 in Tajiri Town, Osaka Prefecture, is the perfect choice. It’s conveniently located near both the train station and the airport. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the station, and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. However, if you're carrying a large, heavy suitcase, the rough path might be challenging, but you can easily take a taxi. The hotel itself is spacious, quiet, and clean, offering a comfortable bed with high-quality bedding for a restful stay. It also provides excellent facilities and toiletries. Additionally, it offers a reasonable price for your stay. If you have an early flight, the friendly and helpful reception staff will gladly assist, including arranging a taxi and communicating in English to ensure a stress-free experience."
"For a hotel in Japan, the hotel area is OK. I have been to Japan many times before, and the rooms are very small, and the suitcases can't be opened. This time, both of our suitcases can be opened, and we are basically satisfied. The breakfast is relatively simple, without natto, but it is OK as a transit hotel for entry and exit"
"Very very clean looks like new staff is amazing so helpful I ask for how to use washing machine receptionist wash my clothes and brought hangers and hang it in my room I am very much happier to be going in Japan and finding this hotel ."
"The hotel is easy to find but the location is a bit remote. Check-in was not clear where to go and what the process was. We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time
The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers.
The bathroom was quite cold so it ****** to take a shower but the water was hot

"The place is old overall, the room smells terrible, there's a lot of dust on top of the refrigerator, and I found hairs everywhere.
The nearest convenience store is an 8-minute walk away."
"It is very close to the Japan Gate where I stayed the night before, about two minutes' walk. It is newly renovated, the lobby is not big but has everything you need. The front desk service is warm and helpful every time I have questions. The bed is relatively large and it is quiet. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach."
"Great Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise
I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space.
However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.
While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort."
"I had a truly pleasant stay at Aston Hotel. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly drivers and the shuttle bus service. This was our first encounter with the hotel's hospitality, and it left an outstanding impression. It's incredibly convenient, particularly for those arriving on a late - night flight.
The check - in staff were also top - notch. They greeted us with warmth and handled the check - in procedures meticulously, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door.
And let's not forget the breakfast. It's a buffet, and the food is absolutely oishi. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel."
