"For a hotel in Japan, the hotel area is OK. I have been to Japan many times before, and the rooms are very small, and the suitcases can't be opened. This time, both of our suitcases can be opened, and we are basically satisfied. The breakfast is relatively simple, without natto, but it is OK as a transit hotel for entry and exit"

We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers. The bathroom was quite cold so it ****** to take a shower but the water was hot "

"It is very close to the Japan Gate where I stayed the night before, about two minutes' walk. It is newly renovated, the lobby is not big but has everything you need. The front desk service is warm and helpful every time I have questions. The bed is relatively large and it is quiet. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach."

The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns. While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort."
