"Nothing fancy but it is convenient and suitably priced, budget friendly and close to airport. Good if all you want is a bed and a place to shower while you fill your day getting out and about."

"This hotel is above a pub. When checking in, you have to find a bartender, which may be a little confusing at first. But the staff was very friendly and helped me with my luggage. It is more like a hotel apartment, but the environment and facilities are good. It is also close to the airport, and the taxi cost is about 15 Australian dollars. Very suitable for people leaving for the airport in the morning."

"One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home. Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle. We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window. Overall a very cozy stay."

"A good choice for saving travel expenses. Room 11 had old facilities, but the bathroom was clean. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. New towels were placed in the room every day, and the trash can was emptied. Newtown was not too scary at night because there were a lot of people."

"This hotel is very good, with convenient transportation. There is a train station and a supermarket 100 meters away. There is a small cloakroom in the room. It is very convenient to store luggage. There is also an induction cooker, microwave and tableware. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic."

"The hotlel is a few minutes walking distance to the Sydney International Aiport makung it the best option to stay before departure iverseas. The hotel was very clean and the customer service.was excellent."

"Nice big room with chaise, table and chairs besides the regular king bed and bedsides. Very comfortable and spacious. John was very welcoming at check-in."

"My friend and I flew from Perth and me from NZ to watch our friends show @ Hayes Theatre and stayed for 2 nights. We loved the location as it was close to the airport and the room was perfect and lovely. Great having a restaurant in the hotel made it so easy because after travelling I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Pity the weather was miserable but it didn’t stop us from going to see 3 attractions. I will definitely stay here again next time."

"Best sleep we've had on these beds in the last month! Breakfast buffet was good as always. Services were exceptional by the usual culprits - Jessica for finding us a table so quickly when it was so busy over breakfast; Olivia and the front desk team who helped us with baggage, organising shuttle, allowing late check out & baggage storage for our 10000 bags, and just a smooth check in & check out process that was stress free! Email communication was just a little bit laggy so if you need an email response, just make sure you expect at least a couple of days delay but they do get back eventually. And the food in Biggles restaurant can be improved but their service is still amazing! Will definitely stay again and again and again!"
