"La location è una struttura storica di sicuro pregio ed il personale è stato molto gentile ed accogliete. Tuttavia ci sono alcune criticità da segnalare: trovare parcheggio in zona è molto complesso, i bagni sarebbero da rinnovare e la pulizia della stanza non era ottimale (chi rifà i letti dovrebbe star più attento a non perdere ciglia e capelli)."

"Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, ausreichend großem Fernseher, schönem Bad mit allem was man braucht und einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit einem kleinem Waschbecken einen ausreichend großem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb von Augsburgs Innenstadt welche sich aber mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichen lässt. Dadurch das dass Hotel in einem Gewerbegebiet befindet ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt in dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher und das Zimmer könnte ruhig auch etwas öfter gereinigt können denn es wurde bei meinem Aufenthalt nur einmal gereinigt. Trotz dessen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen welcher ein günstiges Hotel sucht aber nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Ich werde auf jeden fall wieder kommen."

"Highly recommend this hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is very good in English, the attitude is very nice, and the service and design of the whole hotel pays special attention to details, there is a basin for dogs to drink water at the entrance, and the small blackboard in the room will also write a welcome text on the board, Small biscuits will be presented on the table in the room. "The location of the hotel is a bit remote, and it's very convenient to get on the highway. There is a large warehouse supermarket next to it, but you need a membership card to enter for shopping. Opposite the hotel is a gas station and a small supermarket where you can buy things. The hotel room is small but clean and the front desk is friendly."

DDeeloraThe location was great! If you are taking public transport, do not get down at the Plarer because its further to walk to the hotel. Instead get down at the Wertachbruke station. From here its only like 50m to the hotel. The room was great! The amenities provided are all in good condition. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely comeback.

SSdehuayanglvtuThe hotel's location is a slam dunk. Hohenschwangau Castle is directly in front of you, and Neuschwanstein Castle is visible behind you. From the window, you can see the carriages heading down to Hohenschwangau Castle. The Alpine lake is just a short walk away.
It's a very old hotel, but it has an elevator and a shower. While there's no air conditioning, there are fans. Sleeping with the window open in Germany can be quite cold. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the breakfast was well-prepared. It's a small selection, consisting of small slices of meat. Although the staff aren't native German, they were very welcoming.
If you're traveling with children, be sure to contact the hotel in advance to confirm your room information; otherwise, the front desk staff will be very surprised.
If you're traveling with children to visit Neuschwanstein Castle, I highly recommend this hotel. It saves you the hassle of traveling and you can rest in your room after hiking.

11391007****Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room.

RRara MomijiWe recently stayed here for a leisure trip, and it was a great experience overall. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The room provided to us was a corner room, which I love! It was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The room also offered a lovely city view of Maximilianstraße, adding to the charm of my stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short distance from the train station and the airport bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The Wi-Fi and heating worked well. The only downside during our stay was that the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs, which was a bit inconvenient with us carrying our luggages.
Despite this minor issue, I had a wonderful experience overall. The cozy lobby and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. For the price, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CChoi TYThe hotel is located right next to the main train station, just 100 m distance away. There is also a large convenience store just below the hotel, which open till 8:00pm.
The old town and St Mang museum is within walking distance. The hotel (as with all other hotels in Fussen) provide a transportation card which cover free bus transfer from the bus terminal (outside the train station) to the Castles' ticket center, which is just 10-15 minutes from Fussen. The bus schedule is available from the reception upon request. Taxi is also quite cheap and a good option if between 2 - 3 persons. Taxi stand is near train station as well.
The room are of average size though the toilet is quite small. Breakfast is also average but adequate. May be quite crowded.
Take note that you need to hang the ”Clean Room” sign on the door daily, if not the room may not get tidy up.
Will be a good option for travelers staying just for 1 or 2 nights with plan to visit the castle due to the close proximity to the train station and bus terminal.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet town, and the rooms can see the Alps. Although it rained on the day of arrival, the feeling was another kind of romance. The interior of the hotel, whether it is the decoration of the room or the restaurant, retains the medieval style. In addition, the Bavarian costumes of the waitresses are so beautiful, it makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. The parking lot is right outside the hotel and it is free. It is also a few minutes' drive to Neuschwanstein Castle.

There are hotels and there are hotels that stay one in memory the others do not.
The BV is definitely remembered, everything has been fit and I emphasise everything.

We will certainly come back if we are in that area. Very good value for money . We paid about 80 usd (74 euro) for 2 with breakfast included in januari 2023.

GGuest UserI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

The room was very large and easy to spend.
The room is a little thin, so you can hear the voice next to you, but it is very recommended because it is near the station and has a good access. By the way, it takes about ２０ by bus to the photo.
