Lovely friendly staff. Samir in the restaurant is worth a mention. Having said the staff in reception were just as helpful. The restaurant is vegetarian and located in the business district. The issue we had is with building works next door so was banging on occasions, but didn’t ruin our stay. Rooms are clean

Great rooms great stay. The staff are very kind and cooperative especially Pawan, arjun ,pooja and sudip. Hotel is located in a great location. Mirchi restaurant on 12th floor has a very nice ambience and buffet is very tasty. Hotel also offers swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, spa and steam room on 4th and 5th floor. Do remember to bring gym shoes and a swimming costume ***** with a swimming cap......

One of the few good hotels in surat. The staff is very courteous and rooms are clean with full glass mirrors. Rooms are spacious also they have a banquet hall which can be used for events. Definitely worth the money.

Comfortable budget hotel to stay in Surat. Budget Inn is close to the Surat Railway station and the station can been seen from the room too. The surroundings are quite & peaceful around the hotel. This is more of an business than an leisure hotel, though ours was an vacation trip to Surat and we had booked 3 rooms. The ***ager ensured all our rooms are next to each other. Rooms were quite clean and bed linens were fresh. Overall ambience was above our expectations considering the hotel is an pocket friendly hotel. Breakfast spread was nice and food was tasty, even room service was pretty fast and whatever we ordered seemed fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location- bang on vip road. Very spacious rooms. Nice decor. It’s a new hotel. Counter staff is helpful and courteous. Nearby options for choice of food. Support staff - needs training in behaviour, as most of them are from north india and have no manners. The cleaning guy decided to scrub the lobby carpet at 12. 00 in the night and sing bhojpur songs also. That was initially hilarious but then became very irritating.

”I recently stayed at Hotel Elements Surat and had a fantastic experience. The modern decor and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's central location was convenient the railway station was within walking distance and the on-site dining options were not available but they have a small restaurant in the same compound. I highly recommend Hotel Elements Surat for a comfortable and stylish stay in the city.”

The rooms are neat and clean and definitely worth the price. The rooms are small but everything is well placed. It is definitely very budget friendly and also extremely close to the railway station. So the place is easily accessible to and from anywhere in the city. A nice place to stay if you have a low budget.

Our room was a little small, but the amenities were good. Room service was quick. The front desk manager mr. Pandey was really helpful with everything that we needed.

GGuest UserAmenities were really nice. Location was nearest to airport which is great. Food quality was awesome however at times, there was delay in service. Housekeeping was done timely however laundry services are outsourced where i had a bad experience as my new yellow levies formal shirt got blue stains on it after receiving from laundry. Overall its a great place to stay and explore the nearby beaches and shopping centres.
