"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a stunning sea view right in front of us. The room was warm, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was great, and the hot tub was perfectly warm, adding to the relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again."

Whatever you're doing, back at the hotel you'll find a lovely Brewers Fayre meal and a comfy bed waiting for you.
"Very helpful and friendly staff. Good and efficient service. The only downside is the door computer system was down when we were there.. not so much of a hassle for us since we stayed on the ground floor. The receptionist had to open the door for us whenever we go back."
"Good location - 10 minute walk from Main Station and close to shops, restaurant bars. Staff friendly and helpful. Standard Premier Inn rooms - basic but clean and comfortable beds. If you've stayed at any other Premier Inn, you know what to expect. If you haven't it's a reliable basic hotel chain."
"Very disappointed to find on checkout that the supposed £50 swipe they demanded of my card for health and safety was in fact to cover possible damage to the room and would not be refunded until my room was cleaned and inspected if they don’t trust me then I don’t trust them I refused to leave until room had been inspected and my refund authorised"
"Really affordable hotel at the heart of Sunderland. Also walkable to the main street of Sunderland. Only dishearterning experience was when some toiletries were missing because they went ”out of stock”. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time there."
"Stayed at this hotel a lot over the years, staff are always great, so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t eat in this occasion but the food is generally nice as well. Only slight bit of negativity would be I feel the bedrooms need a bit of freshening up"
