"The way to the Alaska hotel is quite far but the view is nice, the breakfast is quite good but not much because it is often empty and the variety is not much, the facilities are quite good and complete, the view at the swimming pool is really cool, I got room 222, the toilet smells a bit like urine, I don't know where it came from, but my sister stayed on the 1st floor and there was no problem."

"Actually the location is quite close to Ciletuh Beach though have to go deeper into residential areas.. but the instructions are clear enough so it is not difficult to find this hotel.
the view from the room is very beautiful as there are rice fields and mountains right in front of the room.
the air conditioner is cold and shivering...it's great.
But, the cleanliness is the room is really lacking... too many bugs in the bedroom and bathroom. If the cleanliness is improved, then it might be better.
I wanted to order food at their canteen but I couldn't because the clerk wanted to go out there was an event 😬 ."

Layanan nya bagus sebenernya cuma waiters yang dibagian cafe aja yang cewek jutek banget.
Kebersihan nya tergolong bersih.
Untuk fasilitasnya hampir lengkap cuma peralatan mandi nya aja kurang.
Intinya kamar memang biasa saja tapi pemandangan nya luar biasa 😍"

GGuest Userterima kasih atas keramahannya.. secara lokasi sangat memuaskan.. vibe nya bener2 private, lautnya pun sepi jadi nyaman.. untuk perjalanan ke sana jika melalui daerah cikidang pastikan kondisi mobil prima karena jalanan cukup ekstrim namun perjalanan bisa mencapai 3 jam 20 menit saja dari jakarta jika melalui daerah cibadak perjalanan bisa mencapai 4 jam setengah namun perjalanan belok cukup aman. overall sangat memuaskan untuk perjalanan keluarga. terima kasih

The environment is beautiful with rice fields, forests, hot springs, etc.

KKania Dewi NurfahEasy to access location, good facilities, behind the hotel directly on the beach, neat and clean rooms. From the outside the building and lobby area looks a bit scary, but the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, there is no scary impression.
The receptionist is slow, 1 customer is served for +- 10 minutes, during high session there is a buildup of customers at the reception. Arrived at 13.50 only able to enter the room at 15.05. Even then the room floor was still wet 😅 even though the maximum checkout time is 12.00.
Breakfast is not controlled, I arrived at 07.20 only got food at 08.15, almost 1 hour waiting, but those who just arrived were given priority to get the main meal. The hotelier did not apologize, only made excuses and reasons that the rice was not cooked. The hotel should have known how many guests would get breakfast, why wasn't it prepared ?! Snacks while waiting for the main menu to arrive were only a few, quickly finished but slow to refill. Hopefully in the future it can be improved. It's a shame even though the room is already good and the facilities are okay.
