"The front desk lied to me, saying there were no more rooms like the one I booked, at first she just gave me a room without a window, not like the one I booked, then I refused, when I asked why the room wasn't like the one I booked, she replied because I booked quite late in the evening all the rooms were full including the one I booked, very disappointed with the service provided. I drop a picture proof that room I booked

"The room is small but well-equipped. However, the facilities are generally average. The air conditioner has poor cooling capacity but is very noisy. The sound insulation of the walls is also poor. You can still hear the sound of motorcycles on the elevated road outside late at night. It takes a long time for the hot water to come up and the water temperature is not high when taking a shower... But for this price, I think it is generally very good. You can't expect to stay in a five-star hotel for only a hundred yuan~~"

"I love the vibes of this place! The bed is comfortable, and the pillows are wonderfully fluffy. If you’re staying in the club section, you have the option to enjoy breakfast either at the club or the resort, which is a nice touch. The furniture in the room is well-maintained, though there are a few visible stains on the floor."

"I stayed at this hotel because I had an appointment at Thomson hospital, Kota Damansara. This hotel's location is a short walking distance to the hospital and Kota Damansara MRT station. Close to eating and small shops too. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. I would only recommend this hotel for solo travelers or whoever that needs bare, minimum requirements for a short stay."
