"一家三口入住，非常舒服，樓下不遠處有個大超市，房間有餐具廚具，做了簡單的飯✌️ 冰箱洗衣機一應俱全。衞生間的香氛不太適合我（但這並不重要）一個備用手機落在了房間，所以沒有及時發現，過了十多天才想起來，試着問了房東，居然真在他那裡，並且也給我發過郵件，衹是我沒有看郵箱的習慣。失而復得的感覺真的好！如果再去羅切斯特一定還會入住這裏！"

"My fault that I booked this room in a hotel without air con. Still I was lucky it was not too hot outside. The hotel provided a fan which when put near the window cooled the room down nicely. Unfortunately though you can not close the curtains if the fan is in the window. This was not a problem for me though because I normally wear a mask and the earplugs when I travel.
 All in all it was very good stay the bed was comfortable and clean. I didn’t hear any trains during the night and the Location is very good to be very close to the station. I would stay there again."

"On arrival service was great and very helpful. Room had a great view a little on small size but not complaining as it was very clean.
On the down side. Mattress needs changing as springs have gone. Woke up with them digging in my back.
Went for breakfast as continental breakfast was included. It's extra for cooked of which I would be happy to pay for. However I was totally ignored as person too busy folding napkins and kept their back to me. I wasn't going to hang around. There was no fruit just bread, muffins and yoghurt. I was going to speak to the front desk about this but no one about so I let myself out of the car park."

"Just wanted accommodation for 1 night, so this was ok.
The room was clean but on arrival the bathroom tap and sink could have done with a polish, as water marked, Also no shower mat available which I felt would be useful as the shower is the wet room type and water would seep into the main bathroom floor. No glass/ cup for brushing your teeth.
No wifi and didn’t see any information offering it. No phones in the room to reception, so overall very basic. The staff we interacted with were very friendly, polite and helpful.
We did not eat here so cannot comment.
But pleasant stay."
