The reception is very welcoming. The rooms are clean. This was my second time staying at the hotel. I highly recommend it. It's easily accessible

The location is quite good. In a calm area and just 20 minutes to the center by public transportation. There is Super U supermarket nearby so it’s very convenient. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. However they could improve by providing bottle of water in the room which is an usual practise in every hotel. There wasn’t fridge inside the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was quite hard and thick. I had pain in my neck the day after. Anyway was good overall

The room was small but very clean. The staff was very friendly. The location is good. The tram is just a few minutes away. In 3 stops you are in the centre.

The location is convenient. There is a supermarket next door. There are free parking spaces. Maybe because of Christmas, the house price is more expensive. The room is not too big.

The location of the hotel is a little far, but fortunately the transportation is convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, and shopping is also very convenient. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Very good stay experience. Although it is far from where I want to go, there are still some restaurants and supermarkets around. The price is affordable and not too expensive. I highly recommend it. Thumbs up

I stayed here on a business trip. When I returned home and wanted to claim reimbursement, I realized that I forgot to issue an invoice. I sent an email to the hotel and they immediately sent me a replacement email. It was a very good after-sales service experience.
