Stayed at room 120 w bathtub on the 2nd floor. Love their attention to detail. Reception whatsapped the schedule of activities, shuttle timing etc to us upon check-in. If there's any problem with the room, u could feedback to them directly. Turndown service everyday, with different bedtime stories about the Balinese culture. Tried their high tea from 4-5pm on the 2nd floor of the pool area. Free yoga sessions & balinese dance class on selected days. M mart & laundry service available within 100m.

My family stayed here for 2 days and everyone loved it. 3 rooms we booked were all quiet, clean, and spacious. Staffs were all friendly and attentive. The best part is their breakfast was so delicious as we were sick of the cold/warm buffets served in the other hotel. The only downside is the location 15-20 mins away from Ubud Palace (I think this is only because Ubud traffic is always baddd)
