Super value for money and recommend this place. Modern and clean, spacious room Short ride from main railway station Daily free water bottle, daily house keeping. Breakfast is plenty, lots of choices and different menu everyday. Laundry room with full amenities for free usage, including detergent. Places to eat at nearby. Receptionists are welcoming. Free tanghulu upon arrival. Only thing is heating in winter January is not as warm in the room ( which is also the same in general in china).But the blankets are so warm. Pillow is also on soft side Overall, it's super value for money and definitely recommend it.

We stayed in Ibis Harbin Museum Hotel for 2 nights. Great service and we enjoyed our stay. The reception front desk staff were nice to help carry our luggage to the car sending us to the airport. The nearest metro station is about 400 metres away which is great. One of the best things will be the 24 hours convince store across the small street. The only things that bothered us was the fully transparent bathroom and shower door on our ensuite room and the cleaning staff forgot to empty our bins on the first day.

Pretty good

We enjoyed our stay here for three nights, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We drank a lot of water, and asked for 3 extra bottles of water every day and they gave them to us without making us pay. Only downside for me as an Australian was the bed was very firm. But I've travelled through Asia and firm beds are the norm.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff were very nice and help arrange for the purchase of the ice and snow world ticket for me and my family.

Definitely one of the cleaner hotels at this price range in harbin during peak seasons.

Room abit small bt nice stay

Normal Ibis hotels wouldn't be too bad, but the facilities of this hotel are not only bad, the cups for drinking water and washing are all disposable! There are no children's slippers, toothbrushes, and a room priced at 5.600 yuan. How dare you? The faucet of the shower only has a shower head 🚿, so if I don't take a shower or wash my hair, I can only ask my family to hold the faucet for me, otherwise it will splash all over me, but!! The faucet is still broken, and water will drip from the side. My family didn't pay attention, and I didn't know it either. I didn't feel it until my clothes were soaked after washing. It's simply! The faucet of the wash basin is particularly close to the wall. When washing hands, a little movement will make the water all over the wash basin, and then drip down, water all over the floor, no refrigerator, no wardrobe, no proper table, a long table like a TV cabinet, I have stayed in Ibis in other cities, and this is the first time I have stayed in such a poor facility. 5.600 yuan does not include breakfast. With such a package, how can people say it is good to come here to play? ? The location is not good either. The staff are kind and in place, but the hardware is too poor!

The hotel is very good. The staff is lovely, very clean, the room is big, close to the BTS, convenient. Overall, I like it.
