The staff very helpful. Metro station (line 2 green) museum of helonjiang province exit 3A is close with hotel around 10 minutes walk.same line to zhongyang street, sun island, snow world. Also near subway underground shopping center sell cheap goods. Around hotel have convenience store 24 hours, fruits store and chinese restaurant. Recommended.

Super value for money and recommend this place. Modern and clean, spacious room Short ride from main railway station Daily free water bottle, daily house keeping. Breakfast is plenty, lots of choices and different menu everyday. Laundry room with full amenities for free usage, including detergent. Places to eat at nearby. Receptionists are welcoming. Free tanghulu upon arrival. Only thing is heating in winter January is not as warm in the room ( which is also the same in general in china).But the blankets are so warm. Pillow is also on soft side Overall, it's super value for money and definitely recommend it.

We stayed in Ibis Harbin Museum Hotel for 2 nights. Great service and we enjoyed our stay. The reception front desk staff were nice to help carry our luggage to the car sending us to the airport. The nearest metro station is about 400 metres away which is great. One of the best things will be the 24 hours convince store across the small street. The only things that bothered us was the fully transparent bathroom and shower door on our ensuite room and the cleaning staff forgot to empty our bins on the first day.

Is a clean & basic hotel for to the price we pay. Location was not too far to most tourist spots. Reception staffs (Tong Tong) was especially kind helping us, with our ticket booking to the ice & snow world.Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here for three nights, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We drank a lot of water, and asked for 3 extra bottles of water every day and they gave them to us without making us pay. Only downside for me as an Australian was the bed was very firm. But I've travelled through Asia and firm beds are the norm.
