Very good location with reasonable price

Good hostel with a great location. Active social environment, pool Table and entry lounge at times bustling. I rated service, cleanliness and amenities as medium in a general sense, but were very good with the hostel lens on. Location was great for food, bars, logistics. I stayed several days here in a private room w/ shared bath after arriving in NZ to serve as a shopping and generally prepare location for a long walk- it was perfect for that!!

Good location but feel not safe in this area, dark. Close to Wilson parking charge 13nzd after 5 p.m.to 7 a.m.

We had a delay in our flight and arrived in unmanned hours unfortunately our internet wasn’t working and didn’t have the email with the lock box instructions. James the receptionist was leaving and saw us. He was very kind and helpful staying to help even though his shift had finished. The hostel needs some updating and a lock of paint but overall pretty good, comfy bed, hot shower. Can’t complain. I did miss the bit about taking sheets off and leaving them downstairs after dropping my key in the drop box - sorry.

The location is great, the service is good, and the facilities are complete. There are people who stay for many days and make this their home.

The environment downstairs is average, but the upstairs is cleaner and the location is easy to find

When we arrived at the check-in area at 11 o'clock, the front desk said that they had sent an email to notify us that we would need to send our passport photos at 20 o'clock. I checked the email and it was sent at 20:00. I was driving and didn’t pay attention to the email. I asked the staff if I could check in. The staff said that I couldn't check in without a passport photo before 20 o'clock. I'm confused, can't I give you your passport on the spot? Who knows if you send an email? Can't you make a phone call? I saw everyone in person, but the staff said that it would not be allowed after 20 o'clock. Impressed

The location is very good. It is convenient to travel. The prosecutor's office is good, but the bathroom is not very clean.

For backpackers, I would rank in the top two. There are quite a lot of facilities. The maintenance is a little bit stretchy, but it is pretty good. The service attitude is not as good as the previous one, and the timeliness of maintenance is not as good as that of the backpacker. The advantage is that it is a little more remote, not so crowded, and has more room, kitchen, and surrounding space. At this price and location, I give it four stars.

It was comfortable and easy to spend time with. I would like to use it again when staying in Auckland. There were few amenities.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find. After arriving at the TV tower at the bus station, go straight downhill in front of the car. Turn right at the intersection of traffic lights and the red house is there. It is convenient to eat and live on the nearby street. You can cook and store luggage in the hostel. There is an elevator running, and it is convenient to take a shower

The location of the hotel is very good. The room is just facing the art gallery. The bed in the room is quite big. I chose a four-person female room. It is very cost-effective in New Zealand hotels where every inch of land is expensive.
