Old school Japanese hotel as described … come during golden week, hotel didn’t rise the price as much as others, clean even you can smoke in rooms

Overall, the service and location were excellent. Very friendly staff and the hotel is close to many places of interest by public transport or within walking distances. Good access to public transport. The only minor thing was probably waiting for the lifts mainly in the mornings, as there are only two small ones. But overall very happy with the service and location.

There was no remote control for the air conditioner in the room, so I couldn't freely change the heating or cooling.

For any reason trip.com booked a smoking room, the staff from the hotel were very great support to change my room. Hotel is fine, well located and clean.

The room and toilet is clean and everything works. The location is good as there is a metro station within walking distance and near the main central Osaka station too. There are also many eateries and convenience shops nearby and you don’t need to go to the Osaka station to eat or buy your groceries. My booking didn’t include breakfast (costs ¥1200 each pax) and they only provided 2 tea bags in the room with hot water kettle and a bar fridge. No free coffee was provided and that was the greatest disappointment. But for the price paid for the 2 nights near central Osaka station, I would say this is still a value for money for a no-frills hotel.

The location is just across the crosswalk from the station, so it was easy to find! There's a 7-Eleven nearby, so I bought breakfast there! The bed was clean and comfortable. They also seem to store luggage for you!

I stayed one night alone, and the access is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from Minamimorimachi Station. It was very convenient that they handled my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I didn't have any particular concerns, and I was quite satisfied. I would definitely return.

The location is first-rate, it is better than D in the prosperous area, and there are smoking rooms. In short, it has everything. Turn left from subway exit 2 and walk 100 meters to the hotel, turn right and walk 100 meters to everything. So there is everything for clothing, food, and accommodation, and many of them are in the prosperous area. I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for one night for a concert at Kyocera Dome. It is close to Minamimorimachi Station and there is a 24-hour supermarket (KOHYO) nearby, so it is very convenient.

The environment is clean and sanitary, and it is close to the major hub of Umeda, so transportation is quite convenient.
