Have fun in hangzhou and the hotel is really nice. It’s my favorite hotel during this trip.

Service was excellent! Room is comfy and clean. Good size toilette. Food is good. Many varieties in both dinner and lunch buffet. Spacious parking space which is free! Will definitely return.

Hotel is ideally situated for city skyline views, quite amazing! Local walkways, bicycle paths, and gardens along the river are just a couple minutes away, walking! Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful, choices for meals are delicious! Highly recommended for personal and business stay, travels! Thank you, Lorenzo Zhang, a wonderful hotel!!

It has been a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is clean, spacious and has a really good view across the river. The night scene is great and we get to stroll along the river just across the road. Nicole, Kylo and George have been very helpful during our stay here. They have assisted us in every way we needed cos it was our first time here and we didn’t know how to go about it. Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely come back to this hotel again if I were to visit Hangzhou again.
