Service was excellent! Room is comfy and clean. Good size toilette. Food is good. Many varieties in both dinner and lunch buffet. Spacious parking space which is free! Will definitely return.

Hotel is ideally situated for city skyline views, quite amazing! Local walkways, bicycle paths, and gardens along the river are just a couple minutes away, walking! Hotel staff are courteous and very helpful, choices for meals are delicious! Highly recommended for personal and business stay, travels! Thank you, Lorenzo Zhang, a wonderful hotel!!

It has been a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is clean, spacious and has a really good view across the river. The night scene is great and we get to stroll along the river just across the road. Nicole, Kylo and George have been very helpful during our stay here. They have assisted us in every way we needed cos it was our first time here and we didn’t know how to go about it. Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely come back to this hotel again if I were to visit Hangzhou again.

The location is very good, the window opens to the riverside, the accommodation is very quiet, and the service is very thoughtful, especially Miss Liu. When I left, I was given two souvenirs, which is very thoughtful. If I come to Hangzhou next time, I will still choose it.

A loyal fan of the InterContinental series, I took my children out on weekends and chose this relatively new Crown. The hotel facilities are very comfortable. The Chinese restaurant maintains the usual standards of Caifeng Building. The room is still dry and warm even on rainy days, and the corners are rounded, and there are no sharp edges in the whole room. The only bug is that there is no charging pile in the basement, so you have to drive out to charge 😂. Booked two rooms, called the hotel in advance to reserve a connecting room and children's supplies. The hotel staff called to inquire about the arrival time the day before check-in, and prepared small gifts for the children on the same day. It is particularly worth mentioning that Coco Liu Anna from the catering department and colleagues at the front desk and catering department learned that we have a baby who needs to eat complementary food, and they specially find ways to prepare the freshest ingredients for the baby every day. There is also the lobby manager Zhang Ding, who takes the initiative to greet adults and children every time he meets them. He is attentive and enthusiastic, and the service is very thoughtful. He is very friendly to children and specially prepares fruits for them. I am really grateful to every Crown employee who takes good care of the little guests. Bin'ao Crown Hotel is definitely a Crown Hotel with a strong family touch. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Hangzhou next time.
