Everything was perfect. I enjoyed staying there. The host and her assistant are very nice people. Travellers should be able to walk uphill and downhill to reach this accommodation but it applies virtually to every location in Istanbul so it doesn't affect my positive feedback.

Since I have lived in one of the safest country in the world so far, that I was a little bit scared to stay there because the road around there was rough and at night, it’s so dark there. To be fair, I don’t think the location is that good, it’s far from the public transport. About the services, it was perfect, the owner was really supportive and her hospitality was wonderful. I had trouble with unlocking the key of my room door, which is totally my fault, but she helped me with opening it twice. She helped me a lot. Above all, I think it was quite a nice place to stay in.

the flat is located on hills, the way isn’t easy to walk . but I’d say the location is quite good as you could easily walk to galata tower and other places. If you can’t sleep in noise, wouldn’t recommend it tho coz it gets quite noisy as night. There is a cafe shop and supermarket within 4 mins walk distance.

Very nice apartments at the center location, cozy and clean, the view from the upper large apartment is fantastic. The hosts were very helpful and nice. Free parking was available around the building at any time of the day. I would highly recommend staying there.

I really enjoyed my stay in Zelya flat! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, 10 minutes walk to Istaklal street but far enough not to hear all the noise. I’ve read on the forums that Istanbul is a noisy city and prepared for the worst - took my earplugs and eye mask with me. They came in handy but I slept like a baby in this place. The room was clean, aircon worked perfectly, shower was great and, most importantly, the owner was very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended!

The service was very good. The person we had contact with was always friendly and willing to help. Apartment was clean. And in good condition. And safe to use

For solo travelling i highly recommended

The boss is very enthusiastic and helped me a lot this time. Check in early and check out late, which is great. The room is adequate and has everything you need. I suggest changing the shower head, but everything else is good.

The location is good, but it is difficult to find by car. People with average driving skills should not challenge their ability and luck. This place is a place that "cannot be seen by eyes and cannot be walked away by feet". I still like it here

Overall, everything is good. When I booked, I didn't realize it was the first floor. The ceilings are very low, the lighting is very bad. The floor is very worn out. The room above looks better, but you need to pay extra. The area is central, but very mountainous. The staff is good, they helped with everything.

The owner was very kind! The room was clean and had most of the necessary items, so we had no problems! (We had to bring our own amenities) When we contacted the owner, he responded promptly to our various questions and was flexible in responding to our requests, so we were able to enjoy a meaningful trip to Istanbul! This is a hotel that we would like to stay at again.

Clean interior and friendly host

I was in Istanbul for 2 days and settled here. Everything was great. Wonderful hostess, spacious room, shower with normal pressure, fast Wi-Fi. There are some minor drawbacks, I sent everything to the hostess by personal message, I’m sure everything has already been fixed, but just in case, take a sleep mask. The only negative is the road to the hotel, but if you don't mind walking or driving, there are no disadvantages at all.

The boss lady is very nice
