We stayed at the Hilton Dartford a couple of weekends ago and I can only applaud this lovely/friendly hotel for their staff and experience. The receptionists are just lovely and attentive and their attention to detail in making you feel welcome was lovely. Nina Djamal is a fantastic front desk host exactly what is needed to welcome/relax guests! It was a very enjoyable experience The hotel itself is beautiful since the refurb and interior is everything you hoped it would be. Their is a gym/pool/sauna/beauty rooms and the bar snd restaurant area lovely. We will definitely be back as this is a nice local hotel for a little time away snd near to shopping/restaurants etc. Would be wonderful to see afternoon tea and a cocktail menu added, would be pretty much perfect for me then :)

I stayed at this hotel with my sisters and we had 2 rooms. The reception staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. We arrived about an hour before check in time and were pleasantly surprised as the rooms were ready . Spacious rooms , well maintained and clean . The bed linen etc was also very good . We actually ate dinner at the restaurant and it was freshly made and good value . Breakfast next day was also plentiful. The hotel was quite busy but staff seemed to be working very hard .

Another one night stop over at this rather worn out looking Campanile which still had modem connections: yikes. That said, it was still an enjoyable stay all the same. (The Campanile's at Liverpool and Manchester have the same worn look). If people are traveling to the ferry port or euro tunnel then this is hotel is a must, as a one night stop over. Its always best for travellers that they should be south of the Thames if its to the ports they are traveling too. The room was clean and tidy and the staff more than helpful and the hotel is not far from either Asda or the Bluewater shopping centre - get out and about (there's a good walk along the Thames also). The breakfast was very good and included in the booking price. All in all a good night stop over in a good hotel, in a good location and with excellent staff (never know bad ones) what more do yo want. Bon journey

Ideal location. Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event. Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in. Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived.

Text: The staff were always helpful and the room was clean. Unfortunately the aircon didn't work and although to his credit, the manager did find another fan to use, it was still quite humid on the third floor. There was no signs of it being repaired and I wondered if it would ever be repaired. The shower was just great and quite powerful. A very pleasant surprise. I would stay there again and will be needing to travel to the area in July/August but the aircon will need to be working which I doubt will be repaired. Will book elsewhere. No breakfast was included but I discovered a cafe near the Orange tree pub Hawley Rd that did a substantial breakfast. Not sure who the guy is with his back photo but nothing to do with my review or indeed why its relevant in this situation. Maybe TripAdvisor should remove it.

Pretty poor hotel, I thought the place was shut down as had scaffolding all around it. I suppose you get what you pay for, so glad I stayed in a delux double with river view, this was very average, dread to think what standard would be like. Needs updating. Couldn’t keep window open as no arm to hold, kept swinging and banging Food is good though, nice breakfast

Very clean room and very spacious! 8 minutes away from bluewater shopping centre which has lots of different food spots for you to eat at if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Very friendly staff, great stay !!
