Anyway, the location is good ... to the shopping center, a few minutes away, and in front of you, there is also a nice restaurant called Willow.
If I go next time, I want to stay here again.

The apartment was very well located to the city. Lovely and clean and the checking in information was clear informative. Free parking a bonus. We only stayed overnight but would definitely stay again.

The waiter in the restaurant was so friendly and welcoming so thank you.
The rooms were comfortable however I booked for 1 adult and 2 children there was no way we would have all fit in the room if we all stayed. (One couldn’t go)
Cons
Having to use your room card for the lift was very frustrating
Not being able to use cash was also annoying and it took ages to be served at the bar as only one person serving
Having to pay £7.50 per night for parking was a bit expensive on top of the cost of the rooms 😳

Check-in was long as people were paying for the car park. They gave us a room for 2 bit there was 3 of us. Told reception, and after 30 minutes, we were told to move rooms. Sleep was okay. AC/ heater didn't work, beds were okay bit hard. The shower had low water pressure, making showers a long time. The breakfast was awful, too many people not enough tables. Greasy, stale bread, pancake machine didn't work. Kept running out of everything.

The guesthouse itself is within walking distance to Stoke-on-Trent Train Station and Staffordshire University (college road & leek road). The room and the property was very clean. The Owner Gabriel and Property Manager Joe was very helpful and made me feel safe during my stay.
They accommodate long stay with discounted price. The rooms are exactly how the advertised on website (if anything better).Rooms are very big and spacious, bathroom were very clean.
Rooms had aesthetic lights ( also dimmable).
There were Sockets near bed and 2 work desk/ study desk and settee with coffee table.
Free WiFi at the property.
In short great find and will stay here again.

TTriverLocated in an English town, if you are not driving, you have to take a taxi to the nearby train station; uber is hard to call in the country. Ann and Peter are both elderly, ann is not bad, peter is particularly cold and not very Friendly. The hotel is nice and exquisite, but the surrounding environment is a bit problematic. It is not recommended for Chinese guests, especially those who are older.
