"The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort.
The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice.
The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped.
Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy."
"The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)"
"The room is very clean, free parking, breakfast is very good, milk, coffee and fruit are all available, the location is super good, quiet in the middle of the city, right in the center of the ancient city, you can walk to any attraction in the city"
"Just in the old town, it is very convenient to go out to the old street. Very close to the attractions. A few minutes walk.
There is no stairs, and it is heavy to carry luggage on the second floor.
There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night.
The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm.
The waiter was very good."
"The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are normal, the service is very good, and the breakfast is simple and full. Parking is free in the parking space on the street. A few minutes walk from the ancient city."
"The location is great, the aunt who made breakfast is younger and the breakfast is rich. The aunt who made breakfast also cleaned and was very careful. The only bad thing is to contact the hotel front desk, send to the train station only 2㎞, charge 30 mark, (because I am worried that I can't get a taxi too early, in fact, there is already a taxi at 6 o'clock in front of the hotel)"
"Absolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended."
"Everything was excellent except for not being able to close the roller blinds due to snow outside (hard to sleep with all the light) and the TV was too small and not a smart TV.
Otherwise, absolutely loved the stay and heated floors in the bathroom were awesome after a shower!"
"A cool hotel, but not without downsides.
Plus:
-Location is excellent. Many pedestrian routes from the hotel up, beautiful view around, including from the window. Aesthetics is clear.
”Nice breakfast. Great choice, delicious.
”Space rooms.
- Children 's room and spa area.
Minorities:
”I have not seen it in the description, the hotel is neat and there is no alcohol on the territory accordingly. So whoever wants to relax with a glass of wine in the evening - bring it with you.
”For a long time, we could not find our prepaid booking.
- The room was lying in an open package of used vat disks + in the closet hanging one locker with a bonnet for the belt.
'There are a lot of insects in the room.
'the staff was welcoming in part, there were very kind workers, but there were who and frankly communicated as if we were to them in the house for free.
'There 's no choice at a restaurant on the menu of small and parts of dishes
Conclusion: Hotel is very beautiful, but for a couple of days, more can be bored"

Great
SScorpio1122No matter the room or the public bathroom, the hygiene is very clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, just in front of the Pigeon Square. There are many trams stopping in front of the door. Walk about 200 meters is the starting point of the 31E bus, you can take this bus to the East Sarajevo bus station, there is a long-distance bus to Belgrade. The guy at the front desk was a bit displeased and impatient about my poor English, but he still patiently slowed down every sentence and repeated it twice to make sure I understood? .
GGuest Userappreciated that they had a junior room for solo travelers. great space, location and staff. have stayed here twice - as a solo travelers and also with my family. will be my go to hotel when in sarajevo.
GGuest UserNice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.
GGuest UserExcellent location, in the old town, three minutes walk from the Latin Bridge.
The breakfast is too good for my wife, I choose my own six packages, exquisite and rich.
The little brothers at the bar are so hard, and they have to take into account the guests who order meals and the guests who come to stay at the same time.
There is no hotel sign on the facade of the building, we have been looking for two and asked for two.
The shower flow is a bit small. No TV, no air conditioning. No bottled water.
GGabijaThere is no breakfast despite the fact that it is included in the price - a sign hangs in the room.
The app showed a much lower price and did not indicate that you would have to pay in cash. This is an unacceptable lag - not having mobile payment, there is nothing to expect from foreign tourists with such a condition.
MM283325****The slanting alley is very cute ~ very close to Pigeon Square. I woke up lazily in the morning, walked slowly along the stone road to Pigeon Square, passed through the pigeons, randomly found a coffee shop, and sat down in a sunny location. Order a small snack and a cup of coffee (I recommend Turkish coffee, which is very flavorful. Stir it first, then settle it, and finally pour it into a small cup to taste) and enjoy the wonderful coffee time slowly ~ The main thing is to wait for the restaurant to open😆The earliest restaurant has to be ten Opens at 2 o’clock∠(ᐛ ∠)_Enjoy a delicious meal and stroll around the old town~ It’s a perfect day~
GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.
GGuest UserThe room is quite noise with a mosque nearby. The water wasn’t available half our stay but that had something to do with the whole area nonetheless quite frustrating.
Apart from that the room was clean and spacious.
XXIAOWENThis hotel was temporarily booked after the itinerary changed. The location is very good. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful and helped me a lot. It is a very good experience. I will visit her next time.
JJISHUNThe hotel is very close to the ancient city and it is very convenient to see around. The service is very good and the attitude is very good. Breakfast is not very rich, but there are some, nutrition guarantee, absolutely full, the best is to eat fried bread, and ask the guests whether they need omelet every day, very considerate. I stayed for six days and gave me a free upgrade room, thank you very much!
