Amazing
WwoodyGreat room, clean and tidy. A rare find in Cebu City for such a clean hotel. The location is also excellent. There's security at the entrance, so it feels very safe. The locals are wonderful, and the young lady at the front desk was very nice.

GGuest UserThe Hotel has the charme of a very nice resort. Unfortunatly the price is way above the value you receive.
The hotel needs a serious upgrade in nearly everything. I nearly paid 500 € per night and received an old room without any additional benefits. A Hairdryer needs to be requested. The Eqipment for snorkling is from the poorest quality and the glasses for complementary water at the pool have seen better days 10 years ago.
All in all a nice hotel, but the staff can´t make up for the shear lack of investment.
I am not disappointed because I have had a nice time, but everywhere else, you get more for your money.

CCabrina TorbesoWe had such a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff were very accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious and well-prepared, truly one of the highlights of our visit. What we loved the most was the privacy—it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, making it a very relaxing and exclusive experience. We’ll definitely recommend this resort to our family and friends and would love to come back again.

LLuna_BResort was very nice and accommodating!!! They were able to answer questions, tidy room when needed and overall nice facilities. There are two great restaurants across the street that is convenient and reasonably priced vs hotel restaurant prices and you can use a grab to get around or even grab to deliver food (they deliver it to the residences across the hotel which is where the gym is). Chocolate hour was free and a nice break. Beach is private and cant walk along it to more of the main beach area so it’s quieter.

JJOJO RAFAELESStayed for 2 nights with my family — our first time to try the new building/wing — and it truly exceeded our expectations. We were given two adjacent rooms with a common access area, making it feel like we were staying in our own private suite. The rooms were impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The pool view from our rooms was soothing and relaxing, setting the perfect tone for a family getaway.
Breakfast at the 12th floor was a delightful experience. We used to dine at Abalone in the OJ Wing during previous stays, but this time was extra special — great variety, excellent food quality, and warm, attentive staff who made the morning even more pleasant.
The service throughout the resort was consistently exceptional — from check-in, housekeeping, and dining staff, everyone was courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help. Facilities are well-maintained, and the entire environment truly makes it feel like a premium family vacation destination.
Highly recommended for family bonding and leisure. Thank you, JPark, for another memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back soon! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

BBradyBeeKandaya resort is definitely very beautiful and clean. It offers many activities from ARV, horseback rides, archery, island hopping and many more. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of, especially Philippine cuisine. The kayaking was our personal favorite. It’s just a long drive away from Cebu city. However, should we find ourselves that side of the world again, we will choose this resort anytime. Lastly, the room was so stylish and modern..it was just amazing. Bed is super comfortable.

GGuest UserThere is a range of facilities that you can enjoy. Some are free some are paid. There are activities scheduled everyday. Everywhere in the resort there is an activity that you can enjoy. The resort is clean and quiet(You can really relax). Staffs are polite and well trained. Food is just average. Very good spa services. Highly recommend this place. Overall this is a good value place for money. For a resort, prices are very reasonable.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:)
