FFrankfurter069We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable. So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. Unsa pay gidalian, book namo guys…

GGuest UserNot ideal. Proximity to the airport is in its favour but the place itself feels like an ******. Strange dated condo units, quite well furnished but more suited to entertaining a lady with low expectations, not exactly a good standard for family stay. Fortunately we just had one night in between flights. The room was very hot when we got in and there was no cold water to drink. The water machine, despite our best efforts, would only serve warm water. Perhaps our time of arrival affected the service but we had to take all our bags (kids too) to the room through corridors that smelled of cat urine. Check out was lengthy due to them having to go all the way (another building) back to our room to check it was fine before we got our 1000 peso back. This kept our ride waiting and delayed our departure. Not likely to use again or recommend.

HHung CBiggest downside is AC unit is mounted on the wall, inside the room that makes very loud noise , maybe a portable or ceiling fan could help air circulation without the need of AC at night.  Close to the airport which is a plus. Very basic and simple facility; no toiletries , no daily room cleaning is needed , no bottle water , however there was a water dispenser if you have your own bottle. Property does offered a monthly rental at a very reasonably rate. Replacing the AC unit is something management should consider.

MMixedmuseWe truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips. The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserKitchen utensils were also available and I was able to stay without inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but you can take a shower without any problems. It was very good.
