b) computer system not flexible, if you have consecutive bookings, you have to check in multiple times, cannot ensure one can stay in the same room for multiple-consecutive bookings. Front desk is impatient /impolite in handling such requests. Inadequate front desk staff training.
c) otherwise, hotel in a very convenient location, clean, tiny, well maintained rooms.

GGuest UserWe have made this hotel on our way to the holiday from South Germany to Denmark Station. Very friendly staff, a great, stylishly furnished room (in which you can also open windows) and especially a wonderful breakfast we have experienced. And right in front of the door the bus goes to the city so the car can stay standing. Dicke recommendation!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. The shrimp pasta tastes great, the salad is also very good, and the price is reasonable. There is a small band playing on weekends, which is a surprise. There is also a city tour bus stop at the door, which is convenient for tourists. If you go to Hamburg, stay at this hotel.
