"Negative: Unfortunately, there was no lift. There is no reception for smaller concerns. The biggest discount point is that the walls are very bright. Therefore, you have heard both other hotel guests in the staircase and the baby in the neighbouring room (no charges to the family, but maybe there can still be constructively remedied). The room was cut off and its size was unfortunately not fully valid. Plus points: The online check-in and the digital opening of the hotel doors and room doors have worked very well and was practical. The hotel is very well connected to the ÖPNV: There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The bus brings one to the S-Bahnhof Blankenese. On the Elbe and in the stairs you can walk well."

"The hotel downstairs is a street in the Middle East. It is good to buy fruits and vegetables in the supermarket. However, during such a wave of refugees, the women who brought me children were scared to death. The hotel breakfast is very poor, it is still next door, in the lobby of another hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel, so I climbed to the third floor with my luggage, alas. If young people, men and women can live in, others don't even think about living abroad to save money."
