The hotel is in a great location in Hamburg, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. It happened to be the World Triathlon. The hotel is a renovated old building, and the room furniture is well arranged and convenient to use. There are many antique furniture in the wide corridor. The hotel spa ends a little early at 8pm every day. The gym is small, but the facilities are very advanced.

후기만큼 위치가 좋지는 않음. 지하철에서 가까운거리이나 가는길이 너무 어두워서 무서움. 바닥 카펫을 선호하지 않음. 1층 공사하고 있어서 호텔 들어서자마자 당황 스러움 가격이 비싸다고 생각되었음

The staffs were friendly and the service was great. I think they upgraded my room without additional charge, which was great. The breakfast had a lot of variety and were delicious

Very retro, very classic European style room, large space, outside the window is the downtown street. The traffic is very convenient, very close to the subway station and the train station, just a few minutes walk. The room was clean and the outside environment was beautiful. Walking around, very happy, there is a cathedral, micro-world. There are restaurants and bars nearby. We went to eat German pig hands and drank German dark beer. It was pleasant. Very recommended! This time the choice is very wise ^_^

The best western plus hotel is strategically located. We just stay 1 night before joining cruise trip on the next day. The hotel is clean but the reception can hardly speak or understand english which is a minus point here.

The hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. The shrimp pasta tastes great, the salad is also very good, and the price is reasonable. There is a small band playing on weekends, which is a surprise. There is also a city tour bus stop at the door, which is convenient for tourists. If you go to Hamburg, stay at this hotel.

The location is good and next to the Hagenbeck zoo, also the hotel guests can have 20% off for the zoo park ticket. The hotel is with different animals Theme and different continents for different floors. Breakfast buffet is good with variety of choice.

This small European hotel is an unexpected surprise during the trip! From the moment you step into the antique lobby, you feel warmth and elegance. Although the room is not large, it is extremely exquisitely decorated, and you can catch a glimpse of the charming street view outside the window. The breakfast is rich and varied, and fresh bread and coffee make you full of energy. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and attentiveness of the staff. Every time we met, they greeted each other with a smile, making people feel at home. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city.

Stayed for five nights, excellent value for money. As a family of three, we were given a triple room, and our child was thrilled to have a separate small bed. Breakfasts were quite rich every morning. When booking through Trip.com, the front desk confirmed that the city tax was already included, so we didn't have to pay any extra fees. The room was cleaned daily, and we had a kettle. Towels were also promptly replaced. Plus, we were given a room with an amazing view, overlooking the Elbphilharmonie and the Ferris wheel! The location is very convenient, with the S-Bahn station situated perfectly between my husband's office and the city center. The park downstairs is fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit!

Mein absolutes Lieblingshotel. Super Service, Sauberkeit und ein top Fitnessstudio. Ich fühle mich immer wohl. Schade, dass das Personal nach sieben Aufenthalten alleine in diesem Jahr nicht etwas persönlicher wird und jedes Mal wieder denkt, wir seien das erste Mal hier. Junge und nette Leute, aber keine familiäre Atmosphäre.
