Located on the hilltop next to the windmill restaurant, dining is super convenient. Down the hill, there's the popular Fairy Tale Town for some great photo ops. The butler created a group chat in advance and even reported the 'Blue Tears' (bioluminescent plankton) locations daily; their service was incredibly enthusiastic. We also received complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety. The large pool is fantastic for photos! When the hot water stopped working on the first day, it was promptly fixed. Overall, the service is very detailed and thoughtful, and the room cleanliness is up to par. There are quite a few rooms, and the design is very creative. Highly recommended!

I stayed for 2 nights, and the front desk upgraded me to an executive room. I was busy for the first two days and didn't visit the executive lounge. On the third evening, I felt lazy and wanted to have a light meal at the executive lounge. I checked beforehand, and a male staff member confirmed we could dine there. When we went at 5:30 PM, the male staff member wasn't there. A young female staff member, who seemed unprofessional, said we weren't on her list and refused us entry, blocking us from dining. I repeatedly emphasized that I was in an executive room and had confirmed it earlier, but she still insisted we couldn't dine. We were left standing there, feeling very awkward. It wasn't until the male staff member arrived and showed her where to check our privileges that we were finally allowed in. The female staff member made a mistake but didn't apologize once throughout the entire incident. It wasn't even a luxurious meal, just a simple one (chicken and stir-fried cabbage) with one meat and one vegetable, but it put my friend and me in such an embarrassing situation. It was infuriating! I hope the hotel strengthens its staff training. I usually give 5 stars for service, but this time it's 3 stars purely because of my dissatisfaction with this young female staff member. The front desk, housekeeping, and other staff members were all very good and satisfactory.

The first room I was assigned on the 3rd floor was quite damp, and the carpet was peeling and old. Later, I was moved to the fifth floor, which was much better in terms of environment and cleanliness, though it was still quite noisy with a lot of sound at night. I appreciate the staff helping me switch to a clean and hygienic room. They also have robot service, which is convenient.

I really love the vibe of this hotel. It's simple, clean, and unfussy, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every little detail. The toiletries, drinking water, and charging facilities are all well-provided, and the hygiene standards are top-notch. Tina at the front desk was attentive and helpful without being intrusive, making my stay feel relaxed and comfortable. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

The location is excellent, and the room is very spacious, which made traveling with kids and seniors much easier. We stayed in a Hyatt Centric king room, and the river view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the service was also top-notch. Plus, the prices didn't skyrocket during the Chinese New Year period.

The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

The staff were polite and helpful, responding to requests promptly and thoughtfully, paying attention to every detail. The location is convenient with complete amenities, making it my top choice for accommodation and travel.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

The service was exceptional, from the hot spring area to the hotel breakfast. All the staff were very friendly. In the hot spring area, they proactively guided us and explained all the facilities. The aunties at the breakfast stations were also very responsive and down-to-earth, always ready to help with requests. We bought a bag of Yongtai dried plums at the entrance, which were quite tasty. Overall, a great experience!

This is hands down the best hot spring hotel I've stayed at all year!
