JJ995LMy wife and I recently spent a few days at the Fuzhou Sanbaobindi Hotel for a much-needed getaway, and it was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Situated in the heart of Fuzhou’s historic Sanfang Qixiang district, the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the cultural treasures of old Fuzhou—all within easy walking distance, including access to the metro.
From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed with traditional tea and snacks, and the check-in process was a breeze—under three minutes! Our room overlooked a beautifully manicured Chinese garden and perfectly balanced traditional design with modern comfort. Every detail in the room was spotless, showing a clear respect for the historical architecture.
The true highlight of our stay, however, was the level of care and hospitality provided by the staff, especially our guest services manager, Roy Huang. Roy went above and beyond, offering us night snacks and daily desserts and taking time to share insights into Fuzhou’s rich history and culture. Our conversations with him were a true pleasure—learning about the city’s architecture, the hotel’s own story, and even the local tea culture, which he introduced us to with great care and knowledge.
It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so genuinely welcome. Roy’s attention to detail and kindness transformed our stay into something extraordinary. We left Fuzhou with a much deeper appreciation for the city, and it was all thanks to the team at the Sanbaobindi Hotel.
If you’re looking for an authentic yet refined stay that captures the spirit of traditional Fuzhou, I couldn’t recommend the Sanbaobindi Hotel highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to Roy and the entire staff for making this trip truly unforgettable.

It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed, had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot. We were too warm on a few nights, and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US.

MM305359****This Taihe Plaza is only 3 kilometers from Fuzhou Station, so getting here was super quick. Check-in at the hotel was very smooth, the room was spotless, and the amenities were all there. It was great to have a speaker to play music and relax. The walk-in closet even had a yoga mat and small dumbbells, which was a fun surprise. If I didn't have to leave, I could honestly stay here all day!

This time, my child wanted to play by the sea, and I originally planned to book a beachfront hotel, but they were all full. So, I chose this one instead. The hotel has a great environment, and the breakfast is very rich. There are also some small convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel features a kids' club, an outdoor pool, and a water park. Plus, the large bathtub in the room is perfect for water play, making it very suitable for children. My little one had an absolutely fantastic time and said it's one of their favorite hotels.

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic hotel where everyone provides superb service. During our stay, the hotel offered free shuttle rides to any destination, which was incredibly convenient. The hot spring environment was lovely, and the staff—especially **Li Yujiao**and **Qiu Biguang**—were exceptionally attentive and kind.
Our kids loved the infinity pool, and the surrounding views were breathtaking. The dining experience was also great, with **Zhang Qianfang** from the restaurant offering excellent service.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, from the top-notch service to the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!
