"Fantastic location, right at the iconic Chaotianmen. It is located at the same complex as the huge Raffles City mall, and only a stone's throw away from the famous Hongya Caves and river cruise piers. There is also a metro station here that is well-connected to other lines. In fact, we can see the famous confluence of the two rivers from the balcony right outside the hotel lobby. When we checked in, we were given a free upgrade. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and the bed mattresses were firm and comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day of walking. The service was excellent throughout and the service staff went the extra mile to help plan our sightseeing itinerary, purchase the cruise tickets and provide local dining options. Definitely a great recommendation for families and first time visitors to Chongqing! A shout out to the concierge staff Orange and the porter Jack for their vibrant attitude and eagerness to assist the guests!"

"I woke up feeling very unwell on the 2nd night of our stay. When my husband mentioned to the restaurant staff that I was feeling sick and couldn't eat, they kindly delivered a bowl of noodles and a bowl of congee up to the room. Later on while having our room serviced, 何腊梅, having seen that I was unwell and throwing up, gave extra room supplies and towels to make me feel more comfortable and at ease. 何腊梅 phoned the restaurant and asked for a hot ginger beverage to be sent up to the room. Very soon after drinking the hot beverage, all the nausea left me and I felt completely revived. Thank you to all the staff who took care of us, especially 何腊梅."

"We had an incredibly great stay here. We initially booked the queen bedroom apartment but we realised that the bathroom blinds were not fully opaque and notified the staff. They immediately changed our room and upgraded it to a one bedroom + 1 living room type. During our 3 night stay, the WeChat customer service was super responsive to our needs. Breakfast was great and the accommodation itself was comfortable. It was raining during the trip and the bellboy at the hotel lobby sheltered us from the cab to the hotel lobby. I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone intending to stay in Chongqing for their great hospitality :)"

"Very comfortable room, pure white clean towels, besheets, nice pillows and spacious room with view to both rivers. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. Optional lounge access provided a nice quiet resting corner with view to the 2 rivers converging. The Subway station Line 1 is below the building accessible from the exit from Level 2 or 3. Locals claimed the location is the 'best' spot in Chongqing city."

"It is a big hotel in a very convenient location in Chongqing with a view of the river. A subway station is in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The only criticism we have, is that some of the amenities in the bathroom were out of order. The water didn't drain properly, we had nowhere to hang our towels and the door handle was broken. The receptionists however were very quick to have the latter fixed, so these are only minor complaints. All in all we had a good experience."

"There’s no where else I’d say in Chongqing but here. The hotel is modern and luxe. There’s so much to see within walking distance. We had an issue with a smoking room and they quickly moved us into a new room. The service is excellent and so is the food. We ordered room service multiple times and although it was a bit slow the food and coffee were both excellent. Would definitely stay here anytime I visit Chongqing!"
