super pretty room and service was exceptional as well. there isnt a telephone in the room but you can contact the front desk via wechat. front desk is super resposnive with my enquiries and would regularly check in on me. i love that the hotel is located near to many attraction areas, super convenient! would definetely come back again to stay here and highly recommend to everyone considering!

This is an excellent hotel with excellent service, in total they had 3floors (45th, 46th and 47th floor) with city and river view. The room is spacious, tidy and neat, also the amneties are complete, such as shampoo, bath foam, hair conditioner, hair dryer, shower cap, tooth brush, sewing kit and mineral water too. Sure i will stay at this hotel again and recommend to my friends and families.

I also received them last time during the Chinese Valentine's Day. It is a hotel with a sense of ceremony. This time I came to find that there is also a private room in the restaurant. It happened to be a family gathering and I ordered a seafood hot pot private banquet here. It was quite good and the portions were generous. The elders were very satisfied.

Amazing hotel! Really cozy and clean room with strong heating and a wonderfully heated bed, all very essential given it was quite cold when I went in late October. It's also just a few minutes walk to the tourist centre, which was very convenient. Many restaurants nearby too. One downside was that all the rooms (I believe) are on the ground floor, so it gets a little loud. Nothing too bad though! Would book again.
