Find 4-Star Hotels in Makati

I want to write a review of this apartment because they have no reviews at all. Only 3!! Even though it's full of people. The apartment itself is comfortable, has everything you need: all the appliances in the kitchen, dishes (we just couldn't find a knife), a large refrigerator. It's cozy and clean. There's a washing machine in the bathroom, but there are only 2 large towels. There's no footrest, which is a big drawback!! You come out of the shower clean and step on a dirty toilet mat 💀 the bed linen is unironed and immediately thoughts come to mind... It's unironed or wrinkled from the previous client (( And the biggest downside is the COCKROACHES 💀💀 If I had known about them, I would never in my life booked these apartments!! Another thing with these apartments. They are not called as on the website, but Air Residences. We barely found them with the help of a GRAB taxi employee at the airport, at the address. Then there was a problem getting into the room using the code. The owner did not tell you that first you need to press the number 5, the lock will unlock and only then enter the code. It was our first time staying in apartments, so we were not aware of the plans. For people who use them often, this was obvious. So, tired from the road, we spent 1.5 hours unable to get into the apartment ((

This hotel is great. The pool is excellent. The staff are very attentive. They are all superb. The only minor downside is the sound insulation in the rooms, and some clubs can be noisy if your room is in the back right corner of the hotel. Ask not to stay there; our second room was very quiet!

I had a great stay at Citadines. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. They were especially accommodating by allowing me an early check-in, which made a huge difference after my trip. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, the excellent service, smooth check-in experience, and great location made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

The hotel was excellent in terms of the small kitchen and the complete amenities to use. Bed is clean and comfy, washroom is well ventilated with no smells, and strategic location in Makati which was walking distance to nearby restaurants. Most importantlt, lots of water to be consumed! Only downside is the lack of selection of the breakfast bar, and the coupon system which was confusing at first.

As a resident of upmarket Makati, this is where I book family when they visit. Rockwell loosely resembles a kind of sovereign enclave within Manila, thanks to its security, excellent gym, and the Power Plant Mall just across the road—while still being moments from everything Makati has to offer.

Great location in the heart of Poblacion, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Quite spacious hotel. And walking distance to greenbelt, glorietta and sm makati. Hope next time give 2 keys because a bit troublesome I need to wake up my husband to help me lock the door or need both of us together go out. But overall stay is very good. Very comfortable to stay.

Room was ok, nice views and furnished along with plenty of soaps and creams. Only issue was with coxkroaches in the room, we had 4 in all over 2 nights, sure coming from the waste area cloae to the room outsidedoor. All else good

Pool at night has mosquitoes. Officer and caretaker failed to inform us about the RFID access cut off time. They leave us waiting for 1.5hours. Very hassle for our parents whos both seniors already. Restroom has a drainage foul smell. Place and room is Ok, minimalist.
