"Pros: We booked the Premiere Twin Room and it was so spacious and nice. The beds are too cozy and comfortable too. Complete with towels, brush and blower. Close to the city corporate center. A lot of restaurants near the area. Cons: The breakfast buffet has limited choices and not worth the price. There is also no or limited parking since it is in front of a busy street.  But overall, we had a nice stay."

"Perfect location for couples or groups planning to barhop in Poblacion, Makati. The room was huge. Has a bathtub, all the basic amenities, and an indoor onsen. Just wish the breakfast buffet didn't run out that easily on a Sunday morning. Nonetheless, we had a nice stay."

"Hotel is in greenbelt area which is walking distance to major malls. The room is sufficiently big for 1 pax and would be perfect for 2 pax. Comfortable bed, only thing is that the pillows are thin and uncomfortable which gave me a slight headache next day. Sufficient amenities. The staff are very friendly and approachable. I wish there is a section for halal food thus I couldn't eat at their breakfast buffet. Overall, recommended place to stay in Manila"

"Great Location and Comfortable Stay – Perfect for a Quick Staycation! I recently stayed at St Giles Makati for a one-night staycation and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was. Location-wise, it's fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance of a nearby mall, 7-Eleven, several hotpot and grill restaurants, and lively bars—everything you might want for a relaxing evening out is just steps away. It's also just a few kilometers away from Glorietta and the rest of the Makati shopping and business district, making it a great base for exploring the city or running errands. The room was just right for two people—not too big, not too cramped. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to unwind after a long day. If you're looking for a quick, no-fuss getaway in the city that’s near good food, nightlife, and shopping, St Giles Makati is a solid choice. I’d definitely consider coming back for another short stay. The quality of the photos doesn’t do justice to the actual room. Sorry, I had to grab them from a video, which is the only one I have."

"The receptionists were super friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone for my stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to keep the restrooms clean with regular cleaning schedules. What really impressed me was how considerate and respectful the other guests were - despite being a bunkbed dorm with a lot of people, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. I didn't have any issues with noise, which was a big plus. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the curtain didn't fully block out the light, and there was no extra pillow (bolster) provided. Overall, a great experience!"

"Very good and kind service from the hotel lobby. Make sure to directly call them up if you need amenities like weighing scale or hair dryer. Location-wise, the nearest train/metro station is a bit far so you’ll have to rely mostly on Grab and Move It."

"We always stay in this hotel whenever we needed to hangout. The staff is very approachable and always has a smiling face. Room is okay and spacious. Nothing on the fridge though. But, you can make coffee."

"Location and what’s inside the room: Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Makati, Seda stands out as a solid choice with a great surrounding area. It's safe to walk around even at night, with numerous dining options just 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, and with the lobby on the 19th floor, you can enjoy unobstructed views from your room. Our room was on the 30th floor, offering a fantastic view. The toiletries are of good quality, unlike the cheaper options found in other hotels, and they also provide bathrobes and high-quality slippers. This hotel is more of a residence-style accommodation, ideal for longer stays, as it includes a full set of kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, rice cooker, and a fully stocked fridge), along with an iron and hairdryer. They also offer a self-service laundry facility in a designated area. Breakfast: Breakfast is available depending on your booking, and if not included, it costs 899 per adult and 450 for kids. The food selection is decent, but the best parts are the fruit & yogurt section and the bread selection. The rest of the offerings are fairly standard. The breakfast area is located on the 35th floor, so you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers while dining outdoors. Facilities/Amenities: There’s a game room, gym, playroom, and an outdoor pool with a great view. However, the pool feels a bit lackluster and doesn’t have a lifeguard on duty, making it less ideal for children. My kid typically loves pools, but he found this one boring. It could definitely be improved to make it more inviting and enjoyable. Parking: FREE parking on first come first serve basis. Price: As of April 2025, Seda Residences Makati offers the following room rates: Studio Deluxe (31 sqm): ₱9,055 net per night. Seda Hotels Studio Premier (43 sqm): ₱9,643 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Deluxe (50 sqm): ₱10,819 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Premier (55-57 sqm): ₱11,642 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Deluxe (93 sqm): ₱14,700 net per night.
