GGuest UserChecked in for a few nights as a solo staycation and really love this property. The room is very well spaced and incredibly cozy. Lobby always seemed organized and absolutely everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Philippine weather has also been at its hottest ever but the air conditioning inside is very reliable. Dying to arrange another staycation here again soonest.

GGuest UserThis is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

AAcelauThe most affordable Peninsula I've stayed at. On the day I checked in, there was a wedding or some event in the lobby, which made for a very poor experience. Checking in was a hassle, having to walk all around. The exterior is still quite grand, but the facilities inside are a bit outdated.

The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. The staff were consistently warm, professional and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Makati with direct access to Glorietta Mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring the city incredibly convenient. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient service at breakfast, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities are top-notch, with a relaxing pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. Overall, Ascott Makati delivers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. RRays of SunshinePool on the roof with a great view and sent help right away when front desk contacted! Very comfortable for a family. We stayed over new year and enjoyed a great fireworks show through the window. Walking distance to great restaurants and Century Mall. Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff

GGuest UserI stayed at Oakwood Makati for a week, and it felt like home! The rooms are more like apartments, with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, and even a washing machine. The location is ideal, 20-30 minutes to Greenbelt and Glorietta, so I had no trouble finding places to eat and shop. The staff was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. There’s even a nice pool and gym on-site. If you want a comfortable stay with a homey feel, Oakwood is the place to be.
