"We stayed here for the second time within few day. The room was way beyond my expectations. It was of the highest quality. We got the massage chair room. A bit more but worth every penny. The view and the hospitality was beyond par. Will definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Manila. The peacefulness is priceless here. Followed by the amazing sauna. It’s like you won’t wanna leave the place."

"I had a really pleasant stay with my friend! This was my second time staying here, and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. The front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing as always. They were all so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. I originally booked a Standard Twin room with no view, but they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Twin with a partial city view. They also upgraded my room during my first stay, which made me feel like a valued guest and is something I truly appreciate. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the in-room hot tub. The only downside was our experience with one of the pool attendants. We went for a sunset swim around 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, he seemed irritated when answering our questions. His attitude made us feel like we were being policed rather than welcomed as guests. It was disappointing, especially since every other staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. I hope the hotel can provide additional customer service training to ensure all staff deliver the same level of hospitality. Overall, I had another wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!"

"We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!"

"We only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂. Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home. Why we liked it: - Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action - Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds - Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere - Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting - Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir 📌 Tips - Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay - Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food! - Discovery Primea is super convenient for both exploring Makati and chilling out - Double check your bill for extra charges at hotels or restaurants, just in case"

"We always enjoy the breakfast here. The dining area is always clean and the servers are friendly and accommodating. As for the room, the one we booked is spacious enough for four adults. The beds are big and are comfy. We will definitely return, especially if there will be promos from online booking apps."

"The Peninsula Hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Ayala Mall and Ayala Museum! It's definitely worth exploring the area! This neighborhood is very safe, so there's no need to worry. From the moment you enter, the staff greet you with warm smiles, making you feel completely at ease. The coconut trees in the lobby add a lovely tropical touch, and the piano accompaniment in the main hall creates a very elegant atmosphere!"

"I booked this hotel very very last minute for a solo trip to Manila and it turned out to be an amazing and incredibly affordable stay. As i was booking quite late, they only had the twin rooms (w/ two single beds) available but it was totally fine with me. The bed was super super comfortable. The staff were so hospitable. The hotel felt safe and secure. Your wishes to not make up the room are respected if you don't want that. Pretty nice gym in the basement that had everything I needed for a holiday workout and a pool on the roof with great views. The only downsize is that the pool isn't that bit so if there are more than 2 other ppl in there with you, its already a crowd. Not a big deal. I didn't realize that the hotel is a few blocks from the red light district until a few nights in as you don't get that sense from the immediate area. I would 100 times out of 100 stay here again, it has my recomendation."

"The Fairmont, one of Accor's top-tier hotels, despite its age, is meticulously maintained. The room provided six complimentary bottles of water, and upon returning after dinner, turn-down service had been completed with a glass and water by the bedside. Used coffee pods were also replenished – truly 5-star service. Thank you for the birthday cake service as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a rich variety of international dishes. I would love to stay here again if I ever visit Manila. The location is excellent too, with a large shopping mall right across the street that includes a supermarket and shops selling Filipino goods, making it easy to buy souvenirs."

"The location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists."

They immediately made me feel at home. I would also like to recognize Christine from Housekeeping, who warmly greeted me while I was walking through the hallway. During the evening cocktail at the Residence Club Lounge, Wilson, Jimm, and Gian provided exceptional service and made me feel like a VIP guest. They were attentive, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Jimm had prepared us 4 different cocktails. Thank you as well to Sherwin from Engineering for promptly assisting me and adjusting the air-conditioning temperature in my room. I truly appreciate the quick and courteous service. And of course, a big thank you to Riccie, Glenn, and Babylyn for once again giving me such wonderful VIP treatment during breakfast at the Residence Club Lounge. Your attentiveness and hospitality were very much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were consistently welcoming, and the Residence Club perks were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was amazing and a great way to relax during my stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The personalized service from the Residence Club team really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you, New World Makati, for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back soon!"
