The hotel is very accommodating and the staff are kind Amenities are superb and the room is spacious and clean. Appreciate the effort of one of the guest services named Jena who assisted us to access the pool since it was closed due to bad weather. The overall experience is fantastic and awesome. Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Dusit Thani is, I believe, a Thai chain and very good value. The food was first rate; we ate in the hotel's Thai restaurant, and I can truthfully say that I've never had such delicious Thia food. Our Papaya salad was made at the table from fresh ingredients. Location - any hotel in Manila will have terrible traffic problems, and Dusit Thani is no exception. It is located next door to a large shopping mall, which is very easily walkable. Cleand and tidy with excellent service.

We love coming back here because of the prime location and accessibility to everything. We were surprised when one of the Bellman remembers us since our last stay was in January 2024. I just hope that the hotel management will reiterate the staffs to greet the quests no matter who it is what they are wearing. One thing it feels a bit off for me was only once in a blue moon you get a greeting from the staff around especially at the breakfast. Genuine warm hospitality is the best key to make your guest feel special and comfortable. But overall it’s still a good stay. We truly appreciate the handwritten card from the GM. The hotel location was great! Infront is greenbelt and walking distance from Glorietta. Everything is within easy access. The food in the hotel was varied. We went for the buffet dinner and breakfast the next day. We enjoyed our stay.❤️

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. The kitchen contains various utensils, there is a coffee maker and a toaster, and there is a sink and dryer. The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.

super new accommodation with all the extra things you need or want for a short or long stay. great staff, not a hotel apartment but 5* hotel plus a long stay place in a great central location of Makati. congratulations to all of the staff but shout-out to Ronnie rod, hydene, yel, trisha, Jennifer, all the house staff.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Oakwood Makati Avenue and wanted to share my experience. Communication: Before my stay, I found it challenging to get a timely response from the hotel. I had to send several emails before receiving a reply. Check-in: The check-in process was smooth. The receptionist was very helpful and even offered us a tour of a showroom before we chose our suite, which was a nice touch. The Suite: Our suite was spacious and elegant. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: the handheld shower was difficult to operate, especially for older guests, and the bidet wasn’t functioning properly. Additionally, the TV channels were mostly limited to news and local shows. View: We loved the view from our suite facing Century Mall, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet had a limited selection. I missed having croissants or danishes. They offered a free slice of cake, but you needed to like their Facebook page and leave a five-star review on Google for that. Spa Experience: The staff at the Onsen Spa were excellent, and I appreciated the free coffee and juice available in the lounge. Gym and Pool: The gym was small and had some older equipment. However, the pool area was fantastic, especially the glass pool. Unfortunately, the bar by the pool lacked a lively atmosphere, with limited music and menu options. It was surprising that they didn’t offer smoothies or refreshing drinks. Facilities: It’s worth noting that Oakwood and I’m Hotel share some facilities, which adds variety to the experience. Overall, I had a lovely birthday stay, and with a few improvements, this hotel could really stand out!
