We had an amazing experience at New World Makati Hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Makati—and the facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Location and what’s inside the room: Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Makati, Seda stands out as a solid choice with a great surrounding area. It's safe to walk around even at night, with numerous dining options just 50 meters from the entrance. The hotel is nice, and with the lobby on the 19th floor, you can enjoy unobstructed views from your room. Our room was on the 30th floor, offering a fantastic view. The toiletries are of good quality, unlike the cheaper options found in other hotels, and they also provide bathrobes and high-quality slippers. This hotel is more of a residence-style accommodation, ideal for longer stays, as it includes a full set of kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, rice cooker, and a fully stocked fridge), along with an iron and hairdryer. They also offer a self-service laundry facility in a designated area. Breakfast: Breakfast is available depending on your booking, and if not included, it costs 899 per adult and 450 for kids. The food selection is decent, but the best parts are the fruit & yogurt section and the bread selection. The rest of the offerings are fairly standard. The breakfast area is located on the 35th floor, so you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers while dining outdoors. Facilities/Amenities: There’s a game room, gym, playroom, and an outdoor pool with a great view. However, the pool feels a bit lackluster and doesn’t have a lifeguard on duty, making it less ideal for children. My kid typically loves pools, but he found this one boring. It could definitely be improved to make it more inviting and enjoyable. Parking: FREE parking on first come first serve basis. Price: As of April 2025, Seda Residences Makati offers the following room rates: Studio Deluxe (31 sqm): ₱9,055 net per night. Seda Hotels Studio Premier (43 sqm): ₱9,643 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Deluxe (50 sqm): ₱10,819 net per night. Seda Hotels One-Bedroom Premier (55-57 sqm): ₱11,642 net per night. Seda Hotels Two-Bedroom Deluxe (93 sqm): ₱14,700 net per night. But you get to enjoy some discounts from other platforms like Trip.com depending on your Tier. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price.

Somerset Central Salcedo Makati is a modern apartment hotel. The rooms are a reasonable size with a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave, hotplates and a sink, a combination washing machine/ dryer, a sofa and a desk, and a large LCD TV. The beds area comfortable and the bathroom has a shower with a rainfall shower head and a hand held rose. The water pressure is reasonably good. There is a swimming pool and gym and an onsite restaurant. The location is ok with a 7-Eleven across the street, and its about 600 metres walk to a small supermarket or a few fast food outlets. The management put on a New Years celebration in.the lobby with some free food and drinks which was a very nice touch. I would have no problem recommending Somerset Central Salcedo Makati to anyone and I would happily stay here again.

Only an overnight stay for work - comfortable room and good service overall. Unfortunately wasnt able to give me a room when I arrived early - so had to freshen up in public toilet at lobby - be great if there is a business lounge for business travellers to do that.

I like the people who serves us as they are so friendly and helpful especially those 2 men in the front desk who helped me booked a grab to my destination. As for our room, I think it’s good if they could have a free water in the room at least 2 small bottles (the same as in the other hotels) and hope they could provide a spoon for the coffee. Overall, we have a great experience staying here.

I got a free room upgrade which is awesome. The entire room is comparable to a five star hotel. No complaints or anything about my entire stay except for the fact that they require visitors to surrender their valid IDs. I understand this is for safety and security reasons but don’t you think it’s a bit “residential style” if you get what I’m saying. All in all, I love the hotel! Would stay again for sure.

The photos online are far from what it looks like now, clearly older photos. Far from what I expected when I booked it for the price they charge. All the staff are absolutely amazing and were very polite, helpful and cheerful. Iv stayed at much nice apartments in makati for less costs and much more cleaner and not outdated. Doors are falling apart, fire detector was handing from the ceiling, bathroom glass and tiles are not as clean and old and look nothing like the fresh modern photos on their advertising for the property, the kitchen bench top is very old and painted black and looks horrible, for the price I paid i expected higher standards. Location and staff are the high points

Loved how we were welcomed with welcome drinks and the overall vibe of the place. Definitely the best way to unwind around the metro. We would definitely go back to UNWND.

The hotel location is more convenient, there are also hot pots and other places to eat more convenient, 7-11 supermarket downstairs, smoking area in the parking lot, great!
