"The hotel isn't too far from the station, about a 6-minute walk, but be aware that the road narrows if you're carrying luggage. However, taking the train one stop to Amsterdam Centraal Station is easier (though it costs 3 Euros per trip). Overall, the hotel is quite good and clean, and the kitchen facilities are decent. We stayed for 7 nights during a heatwave, and thankfully, the room had central air conditioning (but the elevator doesn't). The check-in counter has a five-step design which is very inconvenient when dragging luggage. If you're in an inner room near the counter, it can be a bit noisy due to the metro!"

"Extremely clean hotel !!! I was having a hard time looking for a hotel in Amsterdam that was in a walkable location that did NOT have bed bugs. I saw the pictures and read reviews and made sure it was clean and it sure was!! It’s hardwood floors, spacious room, elevator, and breakfast for additional cost. They have bikes available to rent. Front desk spoke English and was very friendly. They allowed me to use their microwave. When I was waiting for my Bolt/Uber early in the morning, the front desk offered me an espresso and even gave me a hotel keychain souvenir. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again"

"We just spent three nights at Chasse Residency Hotel as a family with three children, and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome from arrival to departure.

I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

Guest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Anantara Amsterdam. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location.
The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay, with plenty of options and great quality. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and every time I walked into the hotel I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel very welcome.
Overall, everything was well organized and the service was excellent. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Amsterdam, and I would happily stay here again.

BebelianaLocated at the heart of the historical area. Extremely great location. Walking distance to many attractions such as flower market just next to the hotel, museums, canal river boat, cycling, night district plus many lovely restaurants surrounding. Room is fine for a family of 3. Had an extra bed set up. If you skip your room cleaning on the day then you will have a complimentary drink voucher which can be used at the bar. There is a car park next to the hotel where u can park. Just get information about the car park entry from the front desk. Staff are very helpful and kind with smile. Bike rental available. Front desk may also assist in arrange sightseeing suggestions and ticketing! Warm services. Nice breakfast! The exterior of the hotel is nice! We’d love to come again during our next visit!

Anonymous UserWe arrived and were told we could check in at 2 PM. We went into town, and when we returned around 3:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. Luckily, we received two complimentary drinks as compensation.
Once in the room, we found the curtain was broken, leaving a gap where light streamed in. The TV by the bathtub wasn't working, and the shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold.
We reported these issues in the late afternoon, and someone was supposedly coming to fix them. We went out again and returned after a couple of hours, only to find the curtain still broken. We went back to reception, but the maintenance team had already left. Since we didn't want to be woken up by light, a staff member eventually went to try and fix it themselves, but unfortunately, they couldn't.
Despite these unpleasant circumstances, I would still recommend the hotel. It's a nice hotel, but the staff aren't always as efficient as they could be.

I would definitely come back here again! The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and the amenities were great. The room had a yoga mat, full size ironing board and an iron. On the rainy days they even offered umbrellas to take and use for the day. We needed the heating turned up in our room and within minutes it was resolved. Location is great being a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Central station

Stayed at W Amsterdam and honestly couldn’t fault it. Perfect location right in the middle of everything, easy to get around and ideal if you want the city on your doorstep. Rooms were clean, stylish and had that luxury feel you expect. Staff were sharp, welcoming and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Atmosphere in the hotel was top tier, especially if you like somewhere with a bit of energy. Overall a quality stay and I’d definitely be back.

On arrival at 12.00 midday, we were told the room was ready which we didn’t expect. We were quite excited until we were told we had to pay 30 euro if we wanted to check in then. We said no thanks we’ll come back at 2pm and pay nothing. What a rort!! Never experienced that before!
When we finally got to room it was very nice. Good location. You can either walk 30 min or catch tram into city from down the road.

The room was a bit small, but for this area, the price was quite good, and it was very clean. The stairs are quite steep, but there's a mini elevator available. The nearby tram stop is convenient for getting to city center attractions. If you prefer walking, it's about a 30-minute stroll along the tram tracks with many unique shops to browse along the way. It's also close to Albert Cuyp Markt and De Hallen Amsterdam.

ClinkNOOD hostel Amsterdam. It is just opposite the Amsterdam train station. You need to take a free ferry to get there. The ferry is just past the tunnel on the right side of the train station, that is, the tunnel near the Ibis Hotel. You can see the ferry, not the cruise ship in front of the station. The ferry is free. The hostel is very big. The red building you see across the street is it. The ferry runs every 5 minutes or so. If you are catching a train, you can rest assured that you will be at the train station after taking the ferry. It is very convenient. The last two pictures are of the ferry. The ferry is very stable, and the locals will not shake even when riding bicycles.
The hostel has complete facilities, a paradise for young people, and various entertainment facilities. Breakfast is paid separately.
