MMeidusuoheandeladeguozhenniandaiThe room's design and amenities were excellent, featuring boat-shaped wooden blinds facing the river, offering daily views of the sunrise and sunset, and even catching glimpses of foreigners swimming in the morning. Its cool, serene atmosphere was quite different from the surrounding museum area. The few days I visited during this season were probably the sunniest week in recent times; everyone enjoyed sitting outdoors, and it wasn't cold—a sweater was sufficient. The room's refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, electric stove, and dishwasher were all Miele, making it very convenient to cook for yourself. I happened to be there during the annual neighborhood party, where they treated the nearby residents to a free meal, although the foreigners mostly just had cheese, fries, drinks, and hamburgers. The hotel's bicycles are available for free borrowing; they're quite tall, and even with the seat adjusted as low as possible, I still couldn't get on. Regarding service, there were a few minor issues. During check-out, the bill was checked, and before catching my flight, I had over an hour for breakfast, only to find out 40 minutes had passed before realizing the bill was missing… Towel changing and room cleaning require the signs to be posted before 11:00 AM. Breakfast can be ordered in advance; besides the buffet, you can choose from a menu item such as an omelet or scrambled eggs with bacon for just under 20 euros. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserI like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!

HHarryXZObviously, the price is expensive, which is four times higher than that in Shanghai. It is definitely not comparable to Bulgari and J in Shanghai. Not every room has a bathtub. So, the lower the expectations, the less disappointment. However, the hotel breakfast is a feature, and you can enjoy the local culture slowly. I took some photos for your reference

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and transport options, making it easy to explore Amsterdam. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. The room was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, we missed the chance to try the hotel breakfast this round, but we will definitely be back again to experience it on our next stay! Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amsterdam.

GGuest UserThe hotel's cleanliness wasn't great; there was a thick layer of dust in many areas, which made it feel like housekeeping wasn't thorough enough. It's a shame and a bit of a waste because the hotel's decor and facilities are actually quite nice, and I heard it's an older, well-established hotel. Roomkeeping definitely needs improvement. When I checked out, I mentioned the cleanliness issues to a nice guy at the front desk. He apologized and even waived the parking fee, which was really good service, hats off to him. Breakfast was standard, had everything you'd expect.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay thanks to the hotel’s exceptionally attentive service. The front desk responded incredibly quickly, delivering luggage and a toothbrush in no time. When I picked up my stored bags, it was raining outside, yet the front desk staff still helped carry my luggage downstairs and loaded it into the car. Their efficiency, thoughtfulness, and dedication truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

ЕЕленаСтрGreat location, close to the train station and the city's main attractions. There's a tram stop nearby, and you can be in the museum district in just 10 minutes. We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the room looked just like the pictures. It was clean, but very basic – no slippers or tissues. This is the first time I've stayed in a 4-star hotel room without cups (just glasses) and teaspoons (just wooden stirrers). Instant coffee in the room for a 4-star hotel is pretty underwhelming; usually, at this level, you get pour-over coffee or a Nespresso machine. The price is high, but for the same money, you'd get a much higher standard in a 4-star hotel in neighboring Belgium.

BBa Nàng Công ChúaI’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown. I hope to have even more memorable experiences the next time I stay at Mövenpick.

AAnonymous UserFor a W hotel, the experience was not as good as it is in other locations The location is ok , but the tram passing by and the noisy bars might be noisy especially when you are on lower floors The room is OK , nothing really special about it, and feel soulless with kitchy decorations and wall paintings Breakfast is not bad as well Cleaning is ok but i found a silverfish on the room… not to mention as well that some amenities are not replaced if used… unless ordered Most of the staff were really helpful and nice , except a very rude one on the bank checkin counter that should change jobs if it’s annoying her that much The pool , spa and lounge and gym are really amazing but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy them as much as we wanted because of the weather and time constraints Overall , i would say it’s a good value for money but there are better options in Amsterdam!

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel from the moment you walk in the doors rooms are well presented clean and a good size for Amsterdam, my only issue was the mattress toppers were beyond worn and all bubbley which made it feel like the bed was full of crumbs which made for a sleepless night, other then that the the staff were as friendly and warm as could be which just added to the hotels overall charm.
