The hotel is very centrally located! Modernly furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, sleeping at night was out of the question. We had a room on the 4th floor. The windows are not insulated. So loud music came into our room until 4 a.m. with the windows closed! Please indicate when booking that you would like a quiet room! Also book the hotel's own parking space in advance.

SSunrisemomentI inadvertently left my black jacket on the 23rd floor during my stay. I contacted the hotel multiple times by phone and email, but have received no response or follow-up to date. This lack of communication and responsibility is extremely disappointing and inconsistent with the service standards expected of a hotel of this level.
Properly handling lost items is a fundamental service requirement for any hotel, and this experience has seriously raised my doubts about the quality of your service and your commitment to guest needs. I suggest that management address this issue and promptly improve their communication and professionalism in serving guests.
I misplaced a black jacket on the 23rd floor during my stay and have made several attempts to contact the hotel via both phone and email. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or follow-up regarding this matter. This lack of communication and accountability is highly disappointing and does not reflect the standards of service one would expect from a hotel of this level.
Proper handling of guests’ lost property is a basic aspect of hospitality management, and the absence of any support in this situation raises serious concerns about the hotel’s service quality and guest care. I strongly urge the management to review this issue and take immediate steps to improve responsiveness and professionalism.

Ddav781The drop off point is a little inconvenient if you drive. You need to drop off and leave immediately. The parking is within the shopping mall below the hotel, which can be confusing — the signs are not clear in the car park on how to access the hotel.

JJoanna2010The room cost 1,400 per night. Apart from the bed quilt, bath water, towels and toilet paper, there was not even a bottle of water. The service was also very poor. Low cost performance.
Breakfast is barely passable. You have to ask the waiter for omelettes and egg rolls to be freshly made. You can also sit outside in the garden.
It's not far from the train station, but you still have to walk for a while. The area around the train station is undergoing major renovations, making it difficult to walk around.
Stuttgart is not big and public transportation is convenient.

EEnes MalikOur experience at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was just excellent and will remain in mind for a long time! We were received by a very hearty and careful staff who always provided our well-being during our stay.
Our room at Mercure Hotel Stuttgart was spacious, tastefully furnished and offered an unforgettable view of the surrounding city. The beds were so comfortable that we sleep every night as on clouds. The cleanliness and care of the room were innocent, making our stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a true party for the gaume. The variety of fresh foods, from regional delicacies to international tastes, did not open any wishes. The coffee was aromatic and the staff made sure that our cups never remained empty.
The comforts of the hotel, including the generous wellness area and well-equipped fitness room, also contributed to our well-being. After a day of activities we were able to relax and refresh perfectly there.
The Mercure Hotel is ideally located with many attractions and shopping facilities nearby. We already plan our next visit to Mercure Hotel Stuttgart, because our stay was just perfect and we felt like at home there. We can hardly expect to come back and experience other unforgettable moments!

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it has easy access to supermarkets but limited choices of restaurants. Staff are polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. But cleaning takes place every other day. Breakfast average.

There is a supermarket next to it, which is convenient. You need to swipe your card to go to the elevator.
I think the surrounding area is a bit messy. I heard from passers-by that they saw someone in the lobby taking the opportunity to sneak into the elevator. There is no refrigerator.
The sound insulation is good. Although it faces the street, the window sound insulation is good, and the room is also very large.

IIbbekEverything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend.

GGero LichtNice rooms, clean, very good location - but what doesn't go, provide a room where you know that heating doesn't go. Have the reception spoken shortly after arrival, it called it looked a technician, the evening heating still didn't go, the postporter said you couldn't do anything anymore and the next day the lady told us at the Reception that you should renew this gas first, and that is known ... Why then give out this room?
Curant or rebates equal to zero - damage, but this chain is dead for us!
So in summer you can recommend it .... :-)
