It was a very good and pleasant stay. The pet fee was listed as chargeable, but there was none. They even gave my two children Christmas gifts upon check-in. There's a parking area nearby, but very little traffic; if you leave early the next morning, you probably won't have to pay. Breakfast was good, mostly white food, but there were steamed dumplings and a good selection of fruit. There's also an Aldi supermarket and a bakery nearby, which is very convenient. Oh, and SBahn is right outside, making it convenient whether you drive or not.

This hotel choice was an absolute disaster. We booked two rooms, and despite plenty of availability, the front desk assigned us two accessible rooms. The facilities in these rooms were really inconvenient for average guests – no hot water at the sink, and nowhere to put a toothbrush. Additionally, we arrived at 6 PM, only to be told the hotel's parking lot was full and we'd have to park at the ibis hotel a few minutes' walk away. When we went to park after dinner, we had to walk through a neighborhood that didn't feel very safe to get back to the hotel. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, five minutes' walk from the train station. The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is very rich and very cost-effective. This business trip happened to coincide with Christmas Eve, and the hotel also gave every guest a Christmas gift package for free!

The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was average, not a huge variety, but enough to fill you up. They also charged a deposit upon check-in, which was a bit odd as you could only pay by card, not cash. I haven't encountered this in other German hotels and don't quite understand the purpose, especially since it takes several business days to get it back. I'll have to see when it actually gets refunded.

Hotel stay was good. However, a double booking was made, despite the request of double booking at the airport 21.01.26 in the central Radisson Hotel. No booking was found there and therefore a double booking was made. No compensation or refund was offered.

The lobby is beautiful and upscale. Free iced lemon water, croissants, and apples are available all day. The elevators always wait with their doors open, making it easy for guests to step right in; you need your room card to go up to the guest floors anyway. The breakfast restaurant is quite spacious, adorned with tasteful black and white photos depicting local scenes. The food selection is good, though not overly extensive. A special touch is the honeycomb available with the honey. The hot food section offers warm plates, and empty dishes are cleared promptly, giving it an English service feel. In the evenings, the bar and restaurant are open. The room itself is clean and well-maintained. The layout is practical for storing belongings. The bedding is relatively new, freshly laundered and neatly pressed. The towels are also quite new. While daily room cleaning isn't provided, they do clean and change all duvet covers, sheets, and towels after three days. For transportation, within a few hundred meters, you'll find the subway, bus, and main train station. There's also a large shopping mall (besides clothing and daily necessities, it features various restaurants, beverage counters, a supermarket, and at least two Chinese restaurants offering noodles, steamed buns, etc.). The famous Stuttgart City Library, a popular spot, is right next to the mall. The hotel's surroundings are filled with new, beautiful, and modern buildings, offering pleasant views.

The room was very clean and the facilities were quite new. The hotel's location is excellent, with very convenient transportation. The hotel's breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the dinner had a unique charm.

The room was clean and tidy, about7.8 minutes walk to the train station, and it was very convenient to walk to the Palace Square and the pedestrian street. Breakfast is buffet. There are more places to eat in the pedestrian street

Everything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms, clean, very good location – but what's completely unacceptable is providing a room where they know the heating isn't working. We mentioned it to reception shortly after arrival, and they said a technician would look into it. That evening the heating still wasn't working, the night porter said there was nothing more they could do, and the next day the receptionist told us that the gas line needed replacing, and that this was a known issue... Why would they even give out this room? No goodwill gesture or discounts whatsoever – what a shame, but this chain is dead to us! So, it's only recommendable in the summer... :-)
