Very satisfied with this new hotel with high cost performance, design, comfort and location. The room is large, with a very high floor height, harmonious colors, user-friendly design and reasonable layout. It's very convenient to go anywhere. This is the only hotel in this trip that gave me the room type I booked without any negotiation. Because I found that in Europe, as long as you are Chinese, you will usually be downgraded to a smaller or worse room type if you pay extra for a good room type. In the end, you have to go to the front desk to negotiate to get the room type you reserved. This hotel is the only hotel that didn't bully me this time and directly booked me a room type. It must be rated as five stars! Another tip, if you don’t speak English well, when booking a room in Europe, book a basic room. Don’t pay extra to book a different room type, because if nothing else, they will definitely give you a worse room type. This is based on my experience. , this time I booked a 1-1 night stay, but there were only 3 attempts to change rooms without re-negotiation, which made my stay very frustrating. On other days, I have to negotiate at the front desk every day, which is very tiring!

Nice modern hotel even if it’s one of these hotels with no face to remember. Neighborhood with Milano shopping mall is during the day worth a visit otherwise it’s an dead end and you have to take the public transport to find some decent place in the City. This isn’t complicated because one step from the hotel to the platform makes it easy to come and go. Comfortable bed and room size ok, nice bar on the top.
Business guests swear by the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana. The Neue Messe conference center, Stuttgart Airport and the city center/main station and the Musical theaters are near. In the directly adjacent city park, green spaces invite you to stretch your legs. Also for work meetings! In addition to five meeting rooms flooded with daylight, the Pullman Stuttgart Fontana is comfortable, modern and effective.

My daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.

Veeeery nice accommodation experience! Big room with nice and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast with Brazilian style.
Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P
Just a few steps away from the city center, this hotel impresses their guests with its fresh and modern design. The Park Inn is perfectly situated to give tourists easy access to the city but is as well a good starting point for business travelers. 181 modern and air-conditioned rooms, uncomplicated, friendly service, a light-flooded Italian restaurant, 9 flexible meeting rooms with daylight, a fitness center, underground parking and high-speed Wi-Fi in the entire house as well as a summer terrace are waiting for you! It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Room is small and shabby but location is good and so was the price. However the internet signal is weak at best and keeps cutting out. No AC but most days that shouldn’t be an issue. Nice guests and families here. Mattress good but sheets are rough. Seems clean. Not friendly but polite.

The breakfast in this restaurant is very good
Round transparent restaurant
Very atmospheric
But the fly in the ointment
It should be because I can't find the parking entrance
I found it after a long time
In addition, although the facilities are new, it is more suitable for young people's free style
In the evening, when my daughter saw the couple of guests, she hugged and hugged near the hotel.
It's not too suitable for our style

GGuest UserMy husband and I used to live in the Stuttgart area and still visit our dentist there, even though we now live in Wiesbaden. Over the past seven years or so, Waldhotel Stuttgart has become our favorite Stuttgart hotel. When we stay in the city, we always choose to stay there, as it offers most everything we want or need in a hotel, plus it's in a very beautiful area. This was our fifth time staying at Waldhotel, so we decided to try the Suite. It was an interesting experience, especially since we tried the Junior Suite on our previous visit in May 2019. We've also stayed in their Superior rooms on our other visits. Although the wonderful bartender, Angelo, has retired, we were very well taken care of by Cosima. Every night of our four night stay, she very professionally served us drinks. I was sorry to say goodbye to her and her equally professional colleagues. She and the rest of the bar staff deserve a shout out! We enjoyed the Suite, although now that I've seen it, I probably would choose to book the Junior Suite or a Superior room. One thing the Superior rooms have than the suites don't have are really excellent rainfall showers with mood lighting. The Suite and Junior Suite have very nice marble bathrooms, but the showers themselves are kind of ordinary. I didn't get a chance to try the bathtub, although it was huge and looked inviting. One thing to note is that the bathroom is open to the room, although the WC and shower are enclosed. We also had a broken bottle of hand soap in the bathroom (the pump didn't function). The mattress on the bed was a bit too firm for us, but that's probably a personal preference. We did enjoy the deluxe minibar set up, complete with a stove and microwave, even though we didn't use them. It was also nice to find a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a note from the management welcoming us, as well as coupons for a round of drinks in the bar. The receptionist who checked us in was not as impressive as some of his predecessors. When we stayed in the Junior Suite, I distinctly remember the receptionist actually showing us to the room and pointing out the room's unique features. This time, the receptionist just told us our room number and pointed us up the stairs. We found our way there with no trouble, but it didn't leave the most professional impression. The lady who checked us out was much better, although her voice really carried. I was sitting in the lobby and could clearly hear her speaking to my husband all the way across the room. Breakfast was pretty good, as usual. One morning, we ordered eggs, and the server forgot to put the order in for us. She was very apologetic, which was fine. One morning, there was a transportation strike, so it looked like there were fewer options at breakfast. Or maybe there were fewer people staying in the hotel. It was noticeable, although breakfast was included in our rate. We ate dinner at Finch one evening and ordered at the bar the other
GgermantouristcoupleIt was 2 times business there because everything was full and overpriced in Stuttgart City (for event). Solides 3* Hotel with ”timeless” furnished rooms, functionally furnished, e.g. apartments with fully equipped mini-kitchen, e.g. over two levels with turning stairs: you can also make a few days holiday. A pleasant mattress, rooms/baths very clean, service is absolutely friendly and helpful, breakfast is not only rich but also tasty. You can not hear the airport (because the area is side by side to the landing), But for this the passing street in front of the house (but little traffic, could sleep up to 6 pm at open window). The building is about 100 years old, well renovated with modern bathrooms and sound-iso windows. Open to the city about every 10 minutes by bus before the door and switch to the metro, but takes about 40 minutes to the city centre. With car you can get better off if you want to go to the landscapely charming environment :) Come back (especially if the price/performance ratio is better again).
GGuest UserPositive: Nice, modern and high quality furniture, great location in the city center. Negative: No air conditioning, front desk only available limited hours, smelly shower even after using it for 2 days, booked apartment for 2 people but only got one towel and one blanket - when calling in the afternoon the second day, was rudely told ”Should have called earlier, staff is not on site anymore” - how about you do your job right? Booking confirmation clearly showed two guests! So despite paying extra (same apartment for 2 people has extra charge), still only had one towel and one small blanket we had to share side-ways leaving either top or bottom half of our bodies exposed both nights we stayed. Also: Their website states ”Direct access to the fitness and wellness area” - but accessing those at the hotel costs 25€ extra per person, per day. Had also booked parking in advance, were told by staff we could only use the parking system when they were around to explain the procedure - since we did not want to change our schedule for that, had to find parking elsewhere. Were glad to leave despite the stylish and cozy interior. Definitely not returning.
GGuest UserWe had an amazing two night stay at Hotel Zurich Weinsteige with our family of three. We arrived at the hotel four hours before scheduled check-in and the hotel was more than happy for us to leave our suitcases whilst we went out and explored Stuttgart. Upon our return we found the staff had already taken all of our luggage up to our room for us. The breakfast is well worth the extra money. All staff were so friendly and helpful from giving us recommendations, maps, calling taxi for us. The hotel is close to a Lidl and numerous pizza and kebab shops for a quick meal. We would definitely stay again.

GGuest UserWe spent two nights in this hotel in one of the suburbs/villages of Stuttgart. The hotel is fairly easy to reach by public transport (U- or S-bahn) and a short (5min) walk and is located in a quiet office area. After having checked in, we were given a room but when we arrived at the room the bathroom was full of dirty towels, so we went back to reception and were given another room. This second room was clean from the inside, but its balcony was dirty, including a dirty ashtray. In fact, we would prefer to not have any ashtrays at all, also not on balconies (as smoke from one balcony can still easily blow into a neighbouring room). After some time, our balcony was cleaned though. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the airco worked well without making too much noise. Staff were friendly and helpful, but at times it felt like the hotel was understaffed (for example reception was often not staffed, also during the day). We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was okay with a reasonable selection of foods and drinks. It would have been nice if there had been a bit more choice of food and drink items, including some more local specialties. A nice gesture was that all guests received complimentary ice-creams upon check-in.
