HHW2002The hotel is on U6 and several S-bahn train station nearby, which makes it convenient traveling into Stuttgart city center. The hotel is AC-cooled, which is significantly for travelers during mid August In Germany as many hotels are not equipped with AC and room can be unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The hotel room is spacious and well designed. Lobby area is lively with a bar and social spaces. Overall, I enjoy the stay here and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel provides a hairdryer and a kettle. It's clean and housekeeping is very prompt. There's a huge mall right next door that has pretty much everything. Walking from the main station with luggage is a bit of a trek, but you can take the light rail, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Being so close to the tracks, you can hear the train at night, which might be a little noisy. Breakfast is plentiful, with a great variety of breads to choose from.

GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.

AAnonymous UserThe lobby is beautiful and upscale. Free iced lemon water, croissants, and apples are available all day. The elevators always wait with their doors open, making it easy for guests to step right in; you need your room card to go up to the guest floors anyway.
The breakfast restaurant is quite spacious, adorned with tasteful black and white photos depicting local scenes. The food selection is good, though not overly extensive. A special touch is the honeycomb available with the honey. The hot food section offers warm plates, and empty dishes are cleared promptly, giving it an English service feel.
In the evenings, the bar and restaurant are open.
The room itself is clean and well-maintained. The layout is practical for storing belongings. The bedding is relatively new, freshly laundered and neatly pressed. The towels are also quite new. While daily room cleaning isn't provided, they do clean and change all duvet covers, sheets, and towels after three days.
For transportation, within a few hundred meters, you'll find the subway, bus, and main train station. There's also a large shopping mall (besides clothing and daily necessities, it features various restaurants, beverage counters, a supermarket, and at least two Chinese restaurants offering noodles, steamed buns, etc.).
The famous Stuttgart City Library, a popular spot, is right next to the mall.
The hotel's surroundings are filled with new, beautiful, and modern buildings, offering pleasant views.

CCheezadThe only downside I would say is that in the recent heat wave, this room is a bit hot. Other than that, I feel like I have everything I need from this room. It's close to the metro, there's a supermarket literally 3 min away and city center is like 20 min walk if you don't want to take the metro.

GGuest UserPros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic.
Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working.

GGuest UserSuper close to the Porsche Museum!! Vlad on the front desk was wonderful. We had to cancel one of our rooms and the hotel was very understanding and accommodating, which really made us feel better. Bed was like a wonderful marshmallow/cloud. Room was very quiet, even though it faced the road; didn't hear anything all night. Soap in the shower smelled soooooo good. Breakfast was excellent!! Heads up...you wouldn't know it, but the entrance of the hotel is right by a McDonalds Drive Thru. If you want overnight parking, you can park in the residential neighbourhood nearby, but not directly outside the building, which has timed parking due to the restaurants located there. There is a lovely place to walk next to fields, very close to the hotel. Loved the Haribo gummi bears they left on the bed for us!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is split into North and South wings, connected by an underground passage. It's quite a large hotel, so expect to do a fair bit of walking. Like other Maritime hotels, the complimentary bottle of mineral water given at check-in needs to be carried back to your room yourself. What I found really hard to understand was having to collect breakfast vouchers from the front desk every day, multiple times. The highlight, however, was the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. The staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient, despite the large number of guests dining daily. I highly recommend Robert's, an Italian restaurant located nearby.
