The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful even though not all of them spoke fluent English, they made every effort to understand and assist me, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, self-contained, and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect right by the main road with a bus stop literally just outside the hotel. It’s super convenient for anyone using public transportation to explore the city. Plus, they offer parking, which is a huge bonus for those arriving by car. Overall, my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart!"

Upon check-in, I found that the sink drain stopper was out of order, and there were only three or four tissues left in the box without being replenished (fortunately, both issues were quickly resolved after contacting them)."

"Stayed for 2 nights over the Easter period. Hotel was very easy to find, we caught the U6direct from the airport to the hotel, then literally a 3 min walk and you are inside. Staff very friendly and check in was easy. Family room 415 had everything we needed for our stay even a small seating area. Showers lovely and powerful and room was clean. USB charging and plugs, kettle and tea/coffee supplied. We took advantage of the breakfast on site and whilst it was ok the UK, premier inn have a much better warm section for vegetarians/vegans so don’t be expecting has browns, mushrooms and veggie sausages etc. all in all we would return in a heartbeat."
