I was sick, but I was able to check in early for $40. I was asked for a deposit of $80, so I paid $100 in cash, but the receipt said $80. I was only given $40 when I checked out, but I realized it late after I checked out, so it was my mistake. Other than that, the reception was nice and the room was clean and there were no problems.

Very satisfied with this new hotel with high cost performance, design, comfort and location. The room is large, with a very high floor height, harmonious colors, user-friendly design and reasonable layout. It's very convenient to go anywhere. This is the only hotel in this trip that gave me the room type I booked without any negotiation. Because I found that in Europe, as long as you are Chinese, you will usually be downgraded to a smaller or worse room type if you pay extra for a good room type. In the end, you have to go to the front desk to negotiate to get the room type you reserved. This hotel is the only hotel that didn't bully me this time and directly booked me a room type. It must be rated as five stars! Another tip, if you don’t speak English well, when booking a room in Europe, book a basic room. Don’t pay extra to book a different room type, because if nothing else, they will definitely give you a worse room type. This is based on my experience. , this time I booked a 1-1 night stay, but there were only 3 attempts to change rooms without re-negotiation, which made my stay very frustrating. On other days, I have to negotiate at the front desk every day, which is very tiring!

The hotel os located close to U and S Bahn public transport stations but not easy for cars as it is in a no- car street.
Rooms are clean and value for money considering the central location and price. Certainly fine for a few nights on business or exploring the city.
The beds do not have double duvet as is, for some reason, normal in Germany but are more two beds put together with single bedding. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area also for breakfast if not included.

Nice hotel. The breakfast room is spacious and bright. The location is in the center. It is very convenient. Next to it is the rewe supermarket, which meets the needs of daily necessities. The ubahn berliner platz is convenient for travel. The hotel staff are very polite. It is a pleasant trip.

The single room I booked was super small, like a basement, but the basic facilities were sufficient. The biggest drawback was that the room did not have blackout curtains. Living on the first floor, the parking lot outside was right outside my window and I could see it. Other things were ok~

Pros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic.
Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working.

SSdehuayanglvtuActually, the hotel is not near the first picture, but in a village. I felt cheated at first, but I finally found it was better to stay here. It is a very comfortable rural environment, and it is very convenient to go to the city center.
I drove there by myself, and the parking price is not cheap, but you can enter and exit unlimited times within a day. The scenery of the station next to the hotel is really beautiful. The park next to it can communicate and play with local children in depth. It is very suitable for children to play.

KKennethUnfortunately the elevator was broken just when I hurt my back. Very friendly clerk at the desk offered to take our luggage to the third floor (but that was counting besides me pride). To compensate we were offered free ice creams during our stay (which the kids liked).
Nice place. Excellent breakfast. Friendly people. Neighborhood a bit boring (but we have a car so who cares…)

AAngtkNot too far from Maybachstrabe station, with the U6 directly to Stuttgart Airport and Messe. Very quiet surroundings with limited dining options. But very pleased to find a quaint Italian eatery just opposite the hotel, with reasonable prices and great food. Hotel is basic, clean, with decent breakfast. No towel hooks in the toilet.

GGuest UserReception person was nice enough. Spoke to the ”Chef” a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem.

Die Zimmer im Achat Hotel sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten allen Komfort, den man sich für eine erholsame Nacht wünscht. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war tadellos und das Personal stets aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Das kulinarische Angebot im hoteleigenen Restaurant des Achat Hotels war ein wahrer Genuss – frische Zutaten und eine kreative Zubereitung haben jedes Abendessen zu einem Highlight gemacht.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Kundenservice des Achat Hotels. Ein kleines Problem bei meiner letzten Buchung wurde schnell und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst, was mir gezeigt hat, dass das Wohl der Gäste hier oberste Priorität hat.
Ich kann das Achat Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Hotel mit Charme, Komfort und erstklassigem Service ist, wird hier fündig.

Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).
