The room was unique, the bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful, even picking us up in the evening. However, I have to complain about some of the facilities and amenities. First, the soaking tub on the terrace was huge, but when we tried to fill it at night, the water level was surprisingly low. After an hour and a half, it only reached our ankles. At this rate, it would take until midnight to fill it, and by then the water would be completely cold, so we had to give up. Then, when we turned off the lights, the room was filled with a green glow, which was terrifying. I've never seen an emergency exit warning light installed in a room before. Also, the bay window was so small, and there was no bedding, making it impossible to sit or watch TV. The curtains on the bed were also problematic; when they came down, they were right in front of our faces, forcing us to wear a veil to sleep. Finally, the air conditioner unit was right above the lounge chair on the terrace, making it noisy, leaking, and completely soaked, rendering it unusable. I strongly suggest improvements to these issues!

The room is an iconic Zen simple style throughout the season, with transparent lighting, clean hygiene, no stains on the ground and bathroom dead ends, and the sound insulation effect is great. The whole house intelligent control lights, independent tea table, white tea toiletries details are full. Compare the package: 24-hour self-service laundry room with dryer, change clothes can be washed in a while; gym equipment is complete, simple exercise in the morning; buffet breakfast is rich in categories, local food, miscellaneous grains, side dishes, light taste. Takeaway robots are delivered to the room, and there is no contact throughout the whole process. The front desk was warm and considerate, and responded to every request. I felt first-class service in the northwest. The coffee at Kongshan Jiutie is delicious!

With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

We came to Zhongwei only to visit Shapotou desert park. This hotel is not at the center of the district and you need to walk or take a taxi to get there but I recommend here to all who like a relax/green atmosphere. The hotel buildings sit in a big garden. We stayed on the second floor and there's a lift. The breakfast was great, a lot to choose both savory and sweet. The staff was helpful and polite. They gave us medicine footbath on the first day we arrived.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I loved it. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and clean. The staff is professional, and the breakfast is good. The location is ideal for anyone needing to be near Zhongwei South Railway Station, though it is not right in the downtown area. One downside was that the air conditioning in the room did not provide warm air. With temperatures around 10°C outside, a warmer room would have been appreciated.

The air conditioner was already on when I checked in. The lady at the front desk also helped to deliver the luggage to the room and explained the precautions very considerately.

The bed is clean and comfortable, two big beds or less. The hotel helped us merge two 1.2 single beds together. We are not afraid of the air conditioning being very warm at night. There is also heating in winter. In addition, the service is very good. From the beginning of booking the room, I called to consult and was very patient to explain the room and travel route problems to me. I called twice in total, and the call time was very long. The front desk staff was really patient and professional. After arriving at the store, the service was as good as always. Whether it is the front desk, the shuttle bus driver, or the restaurant staff, they all have good service, enthusiasm and patience. This may also be the characteristic of our northwest people, hospitality! In short, this hotel is very satisfactory and worth coming again. There are also children's activities, handicrafts, stargazing explanations, and the fireworks at night are beautiful!
