Zhongwei Hotels with Bars

The room was unique, the bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful, even picking us up in the evening. However, I have to complain about some of the facilities and amenities. First, the soaking tub on the terrace was huge, but when we tried to fill it at night, the water level was surprisingly low. After an hour and a half, it only reached our ankles. At this rate, it would take until midnight to fill it, and by then the water would be completely cold, so we had to give up. Then, when we turned off the lights, the room was filled with a green glow, which was terrifying. I've never seen an emergency exit warning light installed in a room before. Also, the bay window was so small, and there was no bedding, making it impossible to sit or watch TV. The curtains on the bed were also problematic; when they came down, they were right in front of our faces, forcing us to wear a veil to sleep. Finally, the air conditioner unit was right above the lounge chair on the terrace, making it noisy, leaking, and completely soaked, rendering it unusable. I strongly suggest improvements to these issues!

The room was clean and sanitary. I stayed here for three days. Breakfast is also good. There are steamed cereals, Western pastries, cold dishes and hot dishes every day. They are very child-friendly and basically not spicy. Yogurt, pudding, milk, soy milk and porridge are available. Diagonally opposite the hotel is Xiangyang Street (BBQ Street). The hotel is also conveniently located to several attractions in the city. It only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the Drum Tower and Gaomiao. There is a park behind Chairman Mao, and across the park is the Gaomiao. Zhongwei Museum is a 6-minute taxi ride away. The hotel staff are all warm and polite. I left my mobile phone charging cable behind when I left. The cleaning staff found it in time and the lady at the front desk picked it up for me and brought it back down. She also gave souvenirs to the children. I’m really happy! The child asked why he should stay at Guyu Jasmine Hotel next time he comes to Zhongwei.

I like this shop very much. The environment is very good and the hygiene is very clean. There is a projector in the room, as well as a clothes drying rack. There are steps in the room, and there is a sensor night light at night, which is very considerate. As soon as we checked in, the children followed us to do handicrafts. We can draw wind chimes and make rubbings. There are only two children, and the staff is very patient and not perfunctory. Afternoon tea, coffee, sparkling water and two Swiss rolls were sent, which were delicious. In the evening, there was even sweet soup, which is porridge. It is really considerate. It is highly recommended for children! !

My stay here was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the room was beautifully arranged. The staff were all so gentle and polite. After a long day of traveling, coming back to this hotel felt incredibly relaxing – it was like a warm little haven during my trip. I highly recommend staying here. With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

The most satisfying thing about this trip to the northwest is the service of the store Ronaldinho. Whether it is a variety of sightseeing projects or accommodations in the desert area, they are very responsible for answering and trying their best to arrange, very enthusiastic and no pits at the same time. This time I chose desert camping. The first time I lived in a desert tent, the environment in the tent was much better than expected. However, for children with low collars, I need to pay attention to it because there are bonfires and fireworks at night, so I have to wait for 10:30 in the evening to be quiet. In addition, it is mentioned that because they all live in tents, there are always people who get up at night, and people who get up in the morning to watch the sunrise, so you don't have to consider tent rooms for high sleep requirements.

The views here are all desert landscapes, exactly as described in the reviews I saw online before booking. The photos are very realistic, and the environment truly feels like something out of an ancient poem. Although it's in the desert and the wind and sand can be intense, my accommodation was spotless. All the essential facilities were provided and easy to use, making my stay very convenient. The service was excellent, and the owner was incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, they even reminded us about easily forgotten items, and once we got there, they gave us great tips on how to explore the area. We had a fantastic time!

Oh my goodness, blindly choosing Xingxing (Star) Hotel for a family trip was the right decision! We originally booked a twin room in Area A with a desert view and a family cabin with a king bed. The hotel's butler contacted us via WeChat beforehand and upgraded us to a premium family cabin with twin beds, which had even more space. The cabin's location was superb; stepping out, you're greeted by an endless desert, giving you an immediate sense of freedom. The hairdryer was a Dyson, and the amenities were L'Occitane. Breakfast and dinner buffets were included; for dinner, you could choose between a regular buffet or a hot pot buffet. I absolutely must mention the complimentary late-night snack, the Haozi noodles – even my picky eater baby loved them, finishing every drop of soup. All in all, we'll definitely be back to Xingxing Hotel!

I stayed during the National Day holiday. They offered pick-up service from the station, and the service was quite good. They generally met all my needs as mentioned in the group chat. The room even had underfloor heating, which was fantastic! I used the air conditioning during the day and the underfloor heating at night. Showering was convenient and clean. The breakfast was plentiful, and the noodles I ordered at the restaurant for lunch (78 yuan) were a large portion, enough for a family of three, and very delicious. The 198 yuan hot pot dinner was honestly quite average; I wouldn't recommend it. The night I stayed, there was a strong desert wind, and the screws on the room's support frame were probably loose, as it rattled for most of the night. I contacted the manager at 1 am, and they responded promptly and were very helpful. I hope the hotel can fix it as soon as possible and check the other rooms, as I plan to go again next year and hope I won't encounter the same problem. Finally, I hope this place continues to improve! I hope they can add more and more activities next year, and I will definitely go again.

This hotel is located approximately halfway between Shapotou and the city. It is about 10 kilometers away from Shapotou Scenic Area. The hotel service is very good, but many facilities are not good. TVs cannot be watched and fitness equipment cannot be used. The most dissatisfactory thing was that one of the quilts in our room had some dead bugs or other dirty things in it. Although the service staff changed it, it was really not worth the money compared to the price. It's not convenient to eat nearby.
