GGuest UserStepping into the B&B's lobby, I was immediately struck by its impressive and tasteful Tibetan-style decor and handicrafts. For those who appreciate ethnic culture, this place offers an immersive experience that won't disappoint. You can truly feel the owner's dedication, with many festive decorations and plant arrangements personally set up.
The B&B feels like a world apart from the outside; inside, it's quiet and warm, and time seems to slow down. It's perfect for unwinding and just relaxing. Chatting with the owner, petting their dogs, reading a book, or simply gazing at the mountain views from the room – everything feels wonderful. The room facilities are well-maintained and very new. The room itself is spacious, as is the bathroom, with a separate wet and dry area, making for an excellent experience. Thoughtful touches like disposable liners for the private hot tub and toilet seat covers were also provided.
Dining:
Breakfast offers both a buffet and à la carte options, depending on the daily occupancy. The restaurant isn't large, but breakfast never feels crowded as the owner asks guests for their dining times in advance to manage the flow. Both Chinese and Western options are available, and breakfast was very satisfying. The restaurant window overlooks a pastoral landscape, truly an ideal life.

MMiyuMiyuFor our two-day trip to Lixian, we chose to stay at Xiangjiagazong Luxury Scenic Resort, drawn by its stunning scenery and numerous positive reviews. To start with, my conclusion is: while the hardware (facilities) is indeed excellent, the soft services don't quite match the price.
The hotel is located halfway up the mountain; you need to take a detour from the main road to reach it, so driving is more convenient. It provides two small parking areas and EV charging stations. Both the views and room facilities are exactly as advertised: clean, tidy, high-quality, and clearly designed with great thought and expense. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the lush mountains, and the morning mist creates a truly breathtaking scene. Breakfast was generous, served à la carte (not buffet-style) directly by staff, which was a pleasant experience.
However, the service left much to be desired. On arrival day, I contacted the front desk for luggage assistance, but after a long wait, no one showed up, so I had to carry my bags uphill myself. During check-in, there was no dedicated staff member; an auntie who also handles cleaning duties processed our check-in. The so-called ”butler” service wasn't via WeChat but a regular phone call, and their explanation of nearby walkable attractions was unclear, which was a bit awkward. On the first night, I felt a bit unwell and contacted the butler for cold medicine or altitude sickness medication. Unfortunately, these were not readily available, and we had to purchase an oxygen tank at our own expense. The ”Xiaodu” voice assistant in the room seemed smart but didn't genuinely integrate with the room facilities. The scenic cafe on the 4th floor had beautiful views, but on both occasions we went up, there were no staff, just an empty room.
We didn't encounter the ”warm and hospitable owner” mentioned in many reviews; the owner never appeared throughout our stay, and there was a noticeable lack of a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the hotel's hardware and scenery are indeed impeccable, making it a great place for photos and relaxation. However, the service experience and attention to detail fell short. The price, several times higher than neighboring hotels, didn't reflect a corresponding value in service. If you're coming purely for the scenery, it's worth a try, but if you're seeking a high-quality, comprehensive experience, you might be slightly disappointed.

GGuest UserI brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free.
We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling.
It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!

YyyyuanxinnnThe private hot spring tub in the hotel room had a bit of hair left in it, which wasn't cleaned, but everything else was spotless. There's also underfloor heating in the room. The staff were all very polite and helped with luggage as soon as I arrived. The hotel also has a restaurant; I ordered dinner, and they even delivered it to my room. After finishing, I messaged their WeChat customer service, and they came to clear everything away. The food was delicious too. The view outside the hotel is amazing! It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. 👍

HHuilingdundedanThis is the only hotel on my trip that didn't ask me for a positive review. It's located right outside the armed forces department, so it feels very safe, and there's a small parking lot. It's probably one of the best hotels in the county.
I'd recommend it if you're passing through, because the room facilities are comprehensive. Plus, the front desk not only arranged a room facing the armed forces department, which was very quiet (and had a mountain view), but they also turned on the heating in advance, showing really thoughtful service.
As for breakfast, I specifically tried the beef noodles; the ******* auntie's noodles were delicious. The other food items were simple but neatly arranged and felt very clean.

GGuest UserI drove the small road with my friends and passed through Li County. I saw this hotel on the Internet and decided it was a very special hotel. The yard was full of flowers and plants to take pictures. It was very relaxing to sit in the yard and drink tea. And this hotel also has a chess and card room billiard room. There are even handmade, you can do your own diy silver jewelry ring hand-brick wood art products, etc. It is really great, I don't want to go out in the hotel, the service is not to say, very warm! Very careful to introduce us to the play route, punch in these! recommend! ! !

There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, and the water temperature is perfect – you won't feel cold even soaking outside. I added Cui Xiao on WeChat 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 😚😚😚 I'll definitely stay here again. It's considered good value for money in this town. The only disappointment was the restaurant, but it was improved later and was quite nice. The rooms were much better than I expected. This hotel has had hot springs for a long time, and the renovation made it very grand. Soaking in the hot spring was very relaxing.

GGuest UserThe room layout was good, offering separate spaces for four people across two bedrooms. However, the slide was too steep, felt unsafe, and lacked entertainment value. The bunk bed room didn't seem to have underfloor heating, so we specifically requested an extra duvet at night. The room carpet wasn't very clean, but the response was quick – when we reported the broken security chain, a worker was sent to fix it promptly.
We were disappointed with the restaurant. The staff were indifferent, and the prices were too high, making it poor value for money. Although the breakfast buffet had a wide variety, the taste wasn't great, and many items felt like frozen food.
The hot springs, perhaps due to fewer guests, only had a few pools open, and they were quite small. While the infinity pool offered nice views, it was just a small swimming pool. Overall, I wouldn't consider a second visit.
