The whole estate felt like the proprietress was hosting everyone herself. She was constantly in the lobby and dining area, greeting guests during check-in and at breakfast the next day. There are also several adorable dogs here that immediately come over for pets! The amenities and breakfast at the hotel are excellent. The lobby offers a variety of snacks, all from Sam's Club, which you can just grab and eat. There's also a massage chair, a fireplace, and more. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms offer direct views of the autumn leaves. In the evening, the large pool in the garden is filled with hot spring water, and soaking in it during cold weather is incredibly comfortable. It's a genuine hot spring, and Guzhou itself is famous for its hot springs. Some room types even have private hot tubs. It's truly relaxing and helps soothe away the fatigue of a long journey.

Service: The boss is very caring, the service is very good, there are KTV, mahjong machine, fitness equipment. There are also beer at the front desk, and there are many types. Suggestion: It would be better to add some parent-child toys. Hygienic: very clean and tidy! We are a family of four staying in a suite. The children have a separate bed. Remember to ask the boss for more children's toothbrushes. 4 people live in a suite and have enough toothbrushes in advance. It is best to call the boss in advance, and there may be a release time period for road construction before July.

The room was quite spacious with large windows, so it felt bright and airy, not stuffy at all. This is probably the nicest hotel in Lixian. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's a complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. The room features smart controls via 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). With the zero-pressure mattress and the quiet town environment—no insects chirping or cars honking—it was incredibly peaceful, ensuring a very restful sleep. In June, the temperature was a comfortable 16-18 degrees Celsius, so no need for air conditioning. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with a large ground-level parking lot. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options are all around the corner. It's a perfect stopover for a road trip.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

This was my first time staying in a tent-style room, and it was quite an experience. It would be even more amazing if it snowed in winter, just opening the tent and seeing the snow! My husband also kept saying how peaceful the room with the starry sky roof was; we'd love to stay there sometime. There were two minor drawbacks. First, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom; you just had to put them back in your pocket after use, which was inconvenient. Second, the private hot spring bath was a bit disappointing. Perhaps because the lid wasn't properly closed, there were tons of small insects in the tub after filling it, and we spent ages scooping them out. Safety could also be improved. The handrail leading to the hot spring was on the outside, where there were curtains and chairs, so it's usually not used. I tried to go up from the side closer to the room and slipped; my foot is still black. Overall, the minor flaws don't outweigh the merits. The interior and exterior decor were very stylish, the owner was very helpful, and the price for the private hot spring room was quite reasonable, especially considering how close it is to the scenic area.

This private hot spring hotel is pretty good overall. The outdoor environment is beautiful and great for photos, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even offer suggestions for activities. The grounds are spacious, the prices are reasonable, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a small book bar. My kids can play quietly or run around freely, making it especially suitable for families traveling with children.

This is the third time I have come to see the Snow Mountain B&B. The last time I came was in summer, and the Ergu Creek in winter was another scenery. Although it is a pity that there is no snow, the scenery of the snow-capped mountains is enough to be shocking. This time I stayed in the largest sister room, the name should be taken from the sister peak of Siguniang Mountain. The room is clean and tidy, with its own floor heating, and it will not be cold in winter. The housekeeper and his wife are still kind and cute, and they also saw the cute dog Hanamaki. For dinner, I ordered a Tibetan hot pot that I was thinking about. Sitting in the glass dome restaurant, while enjoying the steaming food, while looking at the distant mountains and the sky, it seems that people can forget all their troubles. Hope to come back next time in autumn red leaves season!

Everything from check-in to check-out was incredibly pleasant! The front desk handled the procedures efficiently and quickly, and they patiently recommended local cuisine and sightseeing routes to us. The room had plenty of natural light and a wide-open view, and it was spotless. It was a very satisfying stay, and I especially want to commend Xiao Hai at the front desk for their amazing service! 🌹🌹

The facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so. We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions. The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.
