The hotel boasts an excellent, quiet, and easy-to-find location. There's an underground parking garage with charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles. The environment is elegant, with a lovely little courtyard downstairs. The courtyard's style is truly fantastic; it's so relaxing to sit there after a tiring day of sightseeing. The service is impeccable; the owner is incredibly thoughtful. I had planned to ask them to turn on the underfloor heating an hour beforehand, but to my surprise, they had already thoughtfully turned it on for us without us even asking. The room facilities are also very comprehensive, with smart home features throughout, and it's spotlessly clean. The owner clearly put a lot of effort into the decor, and all the toiletries are high-quality. In the morning, the owner provided us with their homemade yak noodle soup, which was incredibly delicious and flavorful. Moreover, the owner is a wonderful person. Since dogs aren't allowed in the scenic area, the owner even helped us look after our dog and turned on the air conditioning for our furry friend, fearing it might get cold! Truly, truly exceptional!

This is the second time I have come here. Every time it is this. My boss's service attitude is superb. It is the best service I have ever stayed in all the famous hotels. And the environment is really good. Electric toilet. Calling the boss to run fast. Affable. I will go next time. Take a bunch of friends.

Facilities: All the equipment in the room is brand new and smart-controlled. It's clear how competitive guesthouses are getting these days! Hygiene: The room was also very clean. Environment: Their environment is absolutely top-notch. Not only the elevator, but the fake floral arrangements in the hallways and rooms are truly a cut above. Service: The owner is very welcoming. I ordered a plate of Twice-Cooked Pork by myself one evening, and the owner made it so incredibly delicious! Thumbs up! My room had views in two directions, and the large room with big windows offered a spectacular view.

The environment is excellent, with an authentic ******* vibe. The infinity hot spring offers a first-class experience, and the water quality is wonderfully comfortable. The room is clean with no strange odors, and the facilities are complete. There's also a laundry room, and the underground parking is very convenient, complete with charging stations. The butler service is warm and attentive, and the food and accommodation quality are top-notch. It’s an absolutely fantastic place for a summer getaway and relaxation, highly recommended! The food is also great, especially the cold dishes—a must-try!

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

Bipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀. The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍. Attached is a Bipenggou travel guide.

My first experience with hot spring camping at Mubal Hut was amazing! The tents were more spacious than I expected, fully equipped, and the underfloor heating kept the nights warm. The outdoor hot spring was the highlight; soaking in the hot water while enjoying the mountain views was incredibly therapeutic. The staff were very welcoming and helped plan nearby hiking routes. The BBQ dinner set meal is also worth trying. It's a great value glamping experience, perfect for couples or families with children; the kids had a blast playing on the lawn.

I arrived at Bipenggou the night before my birthday. Since it was the off-season, the prices were good, so I chose one of the best hotels in the area, the Feili Hotel. To my surprise, it completely exceeded my expectations! It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and most importantly, I could charge my devices. Even the local BBQ shop owners know about this place. I was on the 4th floor, and opening the window revealed a stunning mountain view – just lying in bed and daydreaming was incredibly relaxing. The hotel manager is beautiful and kind. The front desk lady was also lovely; she even gave me a small gift after finding out it was my birthday. After chatting with her for a bit, I got the feeling she might be an ISTP. ST types really are cool on the outside but warm on the inside – so adorable! The hot springs were great too. Having them all to myself in the off-season was fantastic, and the water temperature was just right. I accidentally swallowed a mouthful, and it really was sweet! She wasn't kidding when she said it was mountain spring water. All in all, this birthday felt a bit warmer thanks to Feili. I hope to see them again next time I visit Bipenggou.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, the room has everything you need, and the water pressure is really strong, perfect for a comfortable shower. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic, everything is good. Environment: The surrounding area is a campsite where children can have a lot of fun. Many people also camp overnight there, and there's a restaurant. Service: The restaurant management seemed a bit chaotic; we waited an hour and our food still hadn't arrived. The campsite also had a bonfire party, which was very lively.
