Guest UserA great place for a relaxing weekend getaway! The room was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and the decor was elegant and stylish. Having a laundry room and gym made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were polite, professional, and attentive. The hotel was very generous, and all the little details showed how much effort the management put into running the place. Even though it was only a one-night stay, it was incredibly pleasant and satisfying.

HaoxinqingchibaofanThe room was quite spacious with large windows, so it felt bright and airy, not stuffy at all. This is probably the nicest hotel in Lixian. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and there's a complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. The room features smart controls via 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant). With the zero-pressure mattress and the quiet town environment—no insects chirping or cars honking—it was incredibly peaceful, ensuring a very restful sleep. In June, the temperature was a comfortable 16-18 degrees Celsius, so no need for air conditioning. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, with a large ground-level parking lot. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and various dining options are all around the corner. It's a perfect stopover for a road trip.

Guest UserI was incredibly lucky to get a room upgrade during the May Day holiday. You can really tell the owner is dedicated to creating a high-end hotel with a sophisticated, photogenic interior in this small county town. They were proactive in contacting us before check-in and offered concierge service. I even met a staff member who proudly told us that they change the hot spring water daily. It's clear a lot of thought went into the room design as well. While Gurgou is a small place I probably won't visit again, I truly hope the establishment thrives. It would be wonderful if more travelers visiting this area could enjoy not just comfort, but also a beautiful and enriching experience.

I arrived late that night, and most of the surrounding hotels were fully booked. This was a B&B, and the decor felt quite new. It had a smart home system throughout, with a smart toilet in the room, underfloor heating, and central heating. The hotel offered free parking, a children's play area, and a hot spring, though the hot spring closed around 10:30 PM. The front desk also provided complimentary fruit and self-service tea, as well as free disposable toiletries. The facilities are comparable to those of a mid-to-high-end chain hotel. Breakfast was available, and while the variety wasn't extensive, there were noodles, congee, buns, and dumplings – enough to fill you up. Overall, the service was excellent. The only minor drawback was the cleanliness; it wasn't quite up to par. The remote control holder was dusty, and there was dust on the tables. Improving the cleanliness would make it absolutely perfect.

Guest UserBipenggou is absolutely stunning, truly living up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.' We were lucky enough to even see snow-capped mountains at this time of year 🏔️ and even found a four-leaf clover by the roadside 🍀.
The hotel was also great. They saw we had a child with us and even gave us free breakfast vouchers, which was a lovely gesture. The service and cleanliness were both quite good 👍.

Guest UserThis was my first time staying in a tent-style room, and it was quite an experience. It would be even more amazing if it snowed in winter, just opening the tent and seeing the snow! My husband also kept saying how peaceful the room with the starry sky roof was; we'd love to stay there sometime.
There were two minor drawbacks. First, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom; you just had to put them back in your pocket after use, which was inconvenient.
Second, the private hot spring bath was a bit disappointing. Perhaps because the lid wasn't properly closed, there were tons of small insects in the tub after filling it, and we spent ages scooping them out. Safety could also be improved. The handrail leading to the hot spring was on the outside, where there were curtains and chairs, so it's usually not used. I tried to go up from the side closer to the room and slipped; my foot is still black.
Overall, the minor flaws don't outweigh the merits. The interior and exterior decor were very stylish, the owner was very helpful, and the price for the private hot spring room was quite reasonable, especially considering how close it is to the scenic area.

PeteAMGreat location, new and clean facilities, and a super comfy bed with a heated blanket under the bed sheet so no more dry air from a heater. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the toilet — the best I’ve seen in China, with a warm seat! Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 👍

I arrived at Bipenggou the night before my birthday. Since it was the off-season, the prices were good, so I chose one of the best hotels in the area, the Feili Hotel. To my surprise, it completely exceeded my expectations! It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and most importantly, I could charge my devices. Even the local BBQ shop owners know about this place. I was on the 4th floor, and opening the window revealed a stunning mountain view – just lying in bed and daydreaming was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel manager is beautiful and kind. The front desk lady was also lovely; she even gave me a small gift after finding out it was my birthday. After chatting with her for a bit, I got the feeling she might be an ISTP. ST types really are cool on the outside but warm on the inside – so adorable!
The hot springs were great too. Having them all to myself in the off-season was fantastic, and the water temperature was just right. I accidentally swallowed a mouthful, and it really was sweet! She wasn't kidding when she said it was mountain spring water.
All in all, this birthday felt a bit warmer thanks to Feili. I hope to see them again next time I visit Bipenggou.

Rynn’sExcellent stay. We changed to a hot spring suite and it was worth it. Very spacious and well appointed. Front desk Shi Shi was very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We also left some items in the hotel and she helped to advise on how we can retrieve them via courier. However the hot spring next door looked a bit sad, I think it would be a fabulous place to visit when it’s peak season and all the facilities are up.

ManguoqihaidefengThe facilities are quite complete. The wooden cabins are surrounded by a riot of wildflowers and lush greenery in summer, so the natural setting is absolutely stunning. However, very few of the outdoor hot spring pools were open, and aside from the rooftop infinity pool, only a handful of indoor pools were available. So, the hot spring experience in summer was just so-so.
We stayed in a 'Flower Field Cabin,' which felt a bit damp, and a quick glance at the bathroom showed some mold... If you're a clean freak, it's best not to look too closely. But considering we're in the mountains, you can't really complain about these conditions.
The breakfast was quite rich, and we also had dinner at the hotel, which was pretty good.
