I especially want to commend Shi Yi Yi Leng for their warm and attentive service. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were met with prompt responses and patient answers. Their constant smiling service made us feel incredibly welcome. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

They were very accommodating with my requests for a high floor and a quiet, non-smoking room. The check-in process was quick upon arrival, and they even offered delicious tea. GGuest UserHuge thanks to the hotel staff for their warm hospitality! They made my stay incredibly convenient. As I'm from Germany and don't have a Chinese phone, I couldn't get online. The staff went above and beyond, helping me set up internet access on my phone. They even provided me with a delicious breakfast free of charge! The hotel room was spacious, clean, and came with a super comfortable large bed. I traveled from Germany to Jinan for surgery, and being able to return to the hotel for a good rest after my operation was a huge relief! Today, at check-out, they even gave me a lovely pastry as a farewell gift! Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality! I hope to have the opportunity to visit Jinan again and stay at your hotel once more!

The aesthetics really hit the spot too. The Morandi low-saturation color palette feels sophisticated and calming, and every corner of the lobby and rooms is picture-perfect.

GGuest UserAn amazing courtyard guesthouse! It's located in Jinan's Qifang Alley, a cultural and tourism district newly named after the Mingfu City renovation. It boasts the ancient charm of Jinan's old city lanes and traditional alley culture, and is incredibly close to Furong Street, Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and Wulongtan. The old city of Springs has a strong atmosphere of local life and rich cultural heritage, yet the facilities are all very modern. The experience was fantastic! The courtyard is also great for photos. Nearby, there's Guihe and two other excellent malls whose names I can't recall. You can even explore the old town on a shared bike and come back for a midday nap – couldn't be more satisfied! It perfectly met my expectations for travel amenities in a provincial capital. Actually, I really wanted to stay in another unit, the starlit double-story loft. It would be great for two adults and two children – but it gets booked up fast!

GGuest UserThis hotel truly embodies the hospitality of Shandong! From check-in to check-out, and even interactions with the floor staff, there were delightful little surprises and gifts every time. I almost felt a bit embarrassed! A huge thank you to the 19th-floor staff and the front desk team. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the service was just superb. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It's also within walking distance to several major attractions – a perfect choice!

GGuest UserReception, location and room are great for the price you pay. My gripe is with the breakfast reception. We entered and told them our room number. Just before getting our food, the lady told us that someone has claimed the breakfast with our room number and we cannot eat here unless we pay extra for our meal. Even though I insisted we haven't eaten and we are the actual occupants, the lady repeated a few times that the breakfast has been claimed and we can't eat. Eventually she relented when I told her to take a look at my friend who is clearly a foreigner and insisted that she check the CCTV. I get that mix-ups are probably rare, but to immediately insinuate that we are thiefs who are trying to take advantage of (a pretty mediocre) hotel breakfast at an airport hotel is unbelievable. Especially given that my friend is clearly not of East Asian descent! It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I don't know why the SOP isn't to make sure that we are the actual guests and give us benefit of doubt.

MM295577****This hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.
